When I have reached £20, how do I get my funds transferred to my PayPal account?

When you reach £20 we will transfer the funds to your PayPal account within 30 days. You do not need to do anything as we will do it automatically. 

What if my e-mail address for Your Say Pays is different to my PayPal account?

In the event of this, it would be greatly appreciated if you could change your ‘Your Say Pays’ e-mail address to be the same as your PayPal account or vice versa. If this is not possible then e-mail us at enquiries@yoursaypays.co.uk and we will make special arrangements.

How come my username and password are not allowing me to log in?

First of all ensure that your caps locks button is not switched on as passwords are case sensitive. If you are still unable to log in,       e-mail enquiries@yoursaypays.co.uk and we will reset your password. Once this has been done we will e-mail you back with your new login details. Once you have logged back in you can change your password under the tab ‘My Settings’ on the left hand side of the page.

How do I complete surveys?

When a new survey becomes available, we will e-mail around 5000 people at random advertising it. If you receive the e-mail, follow the link and this will take you directly to the survey once you have logged in.

However if you do not receive the e-mail you can still complete the survey. If you check the website every now again you may find a survey that has not been advertised to you.
