Annual Review

Does anyone have one of these?

I mean, yes, as a company, probably YSP would have one, just looking over how well they have done in the past year...but do you ever have a personal annual review to look back and give yourself a little pat on the head and say what a good girl/boy you have been over the past year? I think it is something we all need to do and not just annually either.

We should really all be proud of our achievements, however great or small they are, and should also not be afraid to tell others how much we love them.....at this time of year I get very philosophical. Do you?

I'm definitely in agreement with you, Lizzie! As one who completed her MA in philosophy, how could I disagree with the most fundamental aspect of my favourite subject?

Pause and reflect - vital ingredients for setting one's goals for the coming year; and by revisiting our achievements of the past year, we can identify where we need to alter our courses for the coming year.

As Soren Kierkegaard put it:

“Life can only be understood backwards; but it must be lived forwards.”
