Recently this very site has been driving me completely nuts. Take this morning for example. I received an email inviting me to take part in a survey about vision. Despite immediately clicking on the link it told me the quota was already full! Seriously, why even bother sending an email if that's the case. And sadly this is far from the first time it has happened.

To add insult to injury my page is telling me there are surveys available to complete right now. A big long list of UK:CSI wave 10 surveys to be exact. But whichever one I click on it says that all sections of the survey have already reached quota. Despite this fact the surveys don't disappear from the list, which means that if there are indeed any I can still complete it's pretty much impossible to remember which ones I've tried clicking on and which ones I haven't.

To say I'm feeling rather frustrated at this point is putting it mildly

These were from november i take it, that's probably why they are all full, i'v read on the forum that they run them in november and may, so i would be quicker when the next lot come in!

Lucretia, I am really sorry you are having these problems and I will leave it to YSP admin to answer your queries more specifically, but the UKCSI surveys were run in November and are now closed and it is unusual to see them still showing live, although I do believe some people had problems with them at the time which were resolved in the main I believe.

The vision survey was run before Christmas or just after I think and I managed to complete this, but sometimes the invitation arrives after it has closed as lots of YSP members log in regularly to take part in forum discussions and just happen to find that there is a survey available for them and complete this without ever having received an email invitation. It is the case that logging in regularly will avail you of far more surveys more regularly than any emails which may arrive with you after the survey has been completed...and don't forget you have the added bonus of having the wit and wisdom of fellow panellists to help you with any questions or difficulties you have! :)

I am sorry though that you are having problems and I am sure that Charlotte may well have some answers on why for you. Please, though, don't let these little glitches put you off....come along and visit us regularly and you will be surprised how much you start to enjoy yourself...then any surveys you do and get paid for are just an added bonus! :)

I like this site but just wish there were more surveys available. I do login daily and unfortunately, there are very rarely any surveys for me to complete. It can be somewhat frustrating as it means that it takes forever to 'cash-out' I am about £ 1.80 from the £ 20.00 threshold and it has een like this since November. More surveys, guys, please ....!

In May the UKCSI ones happen again...think I got the dates right, Charlotte, is that right, or is it June? I know November/December is correct though, as we had those....about £7-£8 worth - magic!

I am only £2.60 away but since I only joined in the second week of September I think its good going. However i have gained a lot more then just the money. You are made to feel so welcome and nothing seems too much trouble. I learnt alot more new sites and and others opinions of them. So I will continue to log in regularly and when I do finally reach the magic number will be pleased but will have had a great time getting there. Thanks to Briskem for recommending it
