Technical hitches

Does anyone else have regular and irritating problems every time they get a survey which starts with Samplicio.us????? It is driving me mad as I get a few questions in then I get page not found messages.....it doesn't seem to matter which browser I use, or which panel I do the survey for but it has effectively wiped out my CINT survey completes which I find very upsetting because I used to do really well with my little £4 redemptions from them....is it my PC, my browser, or just me? Does anyone technical have any ideas, as mine are exhausted now. :(

I do not think I have ever managed to complete a Samplicio survey: They used to be a regular feature of Survey Network but they seem to have dropped them: I never try to complete one, as soon as I see Samplicio in the header line I bomb them out, and so far have not had a problem:

I am glad I am not alone either...who has emailed any of the panels with a note of the problem? I will take a note next time and do so. I wonder if we all experience the same problems or do they vary? This is bound to have a bad effect on their completes...or have you noticed that Samplicio.us surveys turn up in other panels as CINT have not managed to get enough completes? Let's pool our resources and see what we come up with in the way of error messages...post here.

Very rarely qualify for Samplicio.us routed surveys, I cringe when I see that little green spinning symbol and get ready to shut the window down.

Right gang....I have done it......how about we all get together on this one....just had invitations from both Honest Rewards and Opinea and they both resulted in my "usual" error message so I took the bull by the horns and copied and pasted my error message and made up a generic technical survey problem email and this is what it looks like -

Hi
Every time I attempt to complete a Samplicio.us survey I get the following message. I am able to input the first few details of my name and age and demographics, but thereafter I get the following (which is cut and pasted from the screen as I am a bit iffy on how to do a screenshot!!) - This only happens with Samplicio.us surveys and I do not know know why. I use the following browser - Internet Explorer 8 - and it means that I cannot complete as many surveys as I would like for your panel. Can you help me to resolve this please?
kind regards

More information

This problem can be caused by a variety of issues, including:

Internet connectivity has been lost.
The website is temporarily unavailable.
The Domain Name Server (DNS) is not reachable.
The Domain Name Server (DNS) does not have a listing for the website's domain.

You can adapt this accordingly - obviously, if you get a different error and you use a different browser, put in your info....then put in your name and email address and send it EN MASSE please.....we all must get together on this one and bombard them with the problem....to membersupport@cint.com - this covers all the CINT panels but it refers specifically to Samplicio.us surveys so they should understand this.

If we all do it, maybe our people power may get Samplicio.us kicked out and they might use a different company for survey writing...after all, what is the point of using them if they are no good...and how will the panel they use know they are no good unless the panellists tell them so....that is YOU AND ME....get going guys!! and report back here.....

Like you, Jilly, I shudder when I see the little green spinning symbol!! :(

I never get beyond the age question so I now never bother with them at all.

Try using a different Browser it works with Google Chrome .

To Take a screenshot without Copy & Pasting just press and hold PrtScr for two seconds open paint , click on edit then paste , then save .

Hi,

Thank-you for your email.

I have passed this on for the support team to look at.

This is the first I have seen with a problem like this...

Thanks
Honest Rewards

I got this email today and was very surprised that they said this was the first time they had encountered this problem with a panellist.....come on, guys, can you not drop them an email with your complaints too? Maybe then we would get more help??? :)
