Just managed my first redemption with them and the email says you must accept it in paypal, but in paypal there is no where to 'accept'. it went in immediately which was very nice but I dont want it to disappear again LOL do they mean you must accept it if you are 'new' to paypal? Does anyone know?

Just login to your paypal account, see if the funds are there. If there fine, if not get in touch with them.
I have had this message on a few occaisions from different companies and it is there way of saying you have been paid. Now having said that, PayPal should send you an email to say you have funds stating how much and from who. Apart from that you do not need to do anything to the best of my knowledge.

About me: I love surveys! You can't tell from reading any of my posts, though, can you?! I am a full time worker with two children and a full time house husband, are you jealous?
Why I like surveys: They are fun, interesting and lucrative, not to mention the fact that they can lead to amazing things!

I think you are spot on, George...very rare for you not to get paid immediately by them, and you do just receive an email to say you have been paid and it will give you a transaction ID often. If, however, you are not a member of paypal at all, that may be why you are having difficulties?? I assume you already have an account with paypal, MrsF do you? :)
