aw, Serena, didn't you say it was your son's birthday on 3rd January and you wanted the vouchers for that? Pity it has taken them so long. I always feel slightly guilty chasing a company when it is a win because it is a bonus of sorts....but they should not take so long to send things out. Just the answer have gone down a little in my estimation!

Yes, i agree Lizzie, and if it is a win surely the vouchers would be available to be sent out to winners as soon as the winner has confirmed.
I do feel a bit greedy having to contact them, but also i feel if i have won something, why should i have to wait what feels like forever for it!
When i received the email that i had won they stated that i had to confirm my address, and if i minded my name and location added to their winners page and when i had confirmed these things they would "pop them in the post" I confirmed on the same day i got the email, so obviously they didn't just "pop them in the post"
That was just over 3 weeks ago.

Don't feel greedy, you probably have been participating in loads of surveys for prize draws and if you win, you expect you're reward of appreciation.
