It then said you are entered into a survey. Great I thought a survey about power suppliers. WRONG! It was a survey about mobile phones!!!
	serena About me: I am a housewife currently, and my husband and 2 adult sons work full time, so i look after the house and finances. I just put all my points from them (when you can get them, (screenout, screenout, screenout) into their prize draws, that's what i did with justtheanswer, as it was taking so long to get to redemption, but it paid off with £200.00 voucher win, that's why i just do the draws with Toluna now as well, were you screened out by the way? LOL

By: serenaDate: 14 Jan 2012 6:15 PM They said this week, upon reading robs email, as they always end up in his inbox for some reason when i contact certain places through their MSN, so im hoping mon/tues next week at the latest, they did apologise and said it was very busy at the beginning of January for them.

I am at 485 points due to redeem at 500 so good to know their customer service is still OK.
