would it be more advantagious to join New Vista and Populus individully instead of using this site, as i often get faults neer the end or at the end of surveys and am unable to make direct queeries with the relevant sites. I got to the the last page of a Populus survey where you press to enter all the results and got 'page unattainable' I press the back button and it said the survey had been completed. According to vivita I started the survey but did not complete it!!

Crusty you have a good point here. Would you benefit more by joining each site seperatley, I think yes you would and for reasons you have already mentioned. I have had my fill of Vivatic now and just awaiting payment since december 12th, I followed their instructions for withdrawl and it said payment 1st feb, yet just after xmas I looked and according to site I had not requested payment, so now 1st March for payment. Too many problems occuring with them for me to feel comfortable. I will resign membership if and when payment is received.

happened to me to, once last week and then last night again, getting fed up with it. it happens occasionally with other companies to. why do survey companies mess us around? don they not realise that without us they have nothing, we should be like any other company asset, VALUED.

I have reached nearly £30 with Newvistalive since my cashing out in November just from their very numerous surveys as well as from their fantastic partnership with Cint....see my post about NVL's satisfaction survey, too, they really seem to be coming on in leaps and bounds.....also, do note that if you are a member of Mutualpoints, you often get daily survey invitations from both Populus and Newvistalive worth 75 points each and their redemption threshold is 3000 points = £20 paypal which is pretty good. Well worth thinking about. :)

I would be scared of leaving vivatic and seeing if i get more surveys from Newvista, just in case i still only get 1/2 per month!
I am practically guaranteed £25.00 per month with vivatic so you see i would be a bit wary, unless someone has proof otherwise?
By the way Lizzie, did you get into the writing test for vivatic, i cant remember you saying?

George, I did manage to do a NewVista as well and this put me over £25 so I too will be waiting with baited breath come 1st March.
LizzieAnn, I am a member of Mutualpoints and have 1551pts but never recieve any surveys from them even though I have requested them.t seems that no matter what I do on this site I never get anymore points!!

I am a member of all 3 of them, and i am able to complete surveys from them all, they are worth more on newvista and populus than vivatic, and obviously the more you sign up for the more you will earn!

Me too, Tez.....I am with all three and have no problems completing any of them for any site...but I chose to sideline Vivatic as I have never particularly liked them. Just a personal preference, I suppose. I got that odd feeling about them being too much too soon ages ago....

Crusty.....I had a problem with receiving regular emails/surveys from Mutualpoints and had it sorted out no less than twice from customer services who are very good if sometimes a little slow. Check your profile with them and make sure it is completed in full and updated and pay particular attention to the tickbox area where it says "do you want to receive regular emails from Mutualpoints....and what subjects do you NOT want to receive emails about....."

By the way, do you get daily 5 point emails from Mutualpoints? If you do not receive these, there is something wrong, that is what clued me into the problem....write to them via customer service and explain you would like to be included in daily survey invitations....even if you have done it already, and update your profile, then make sure you open all your emails and click accordingly! You will also find that the emails you receive from them (if and when!) for daily surveys have time scales in them....i.e. if you get one on Friday you have to complete two surveys for 150 points (total) by Sunday lunchtime....if you do this after that time frame, you get zilch! as I discovered.

Serena.....am I such a hard taskmaster?? Go to bed without any supper, you bad girl! :) Nah, there are so many, even I forget! :) and yes, I did get into the writing test...but genuinely did not have the time to continue with what was required of me, so basically just let it lapse.

Pompski I've been with Mutualpoints for years. Their fine. They now pay by Paypal. Bit of a slow burner but their OK.

I thought it was myPC when the Populus survey crashed at submit.Vivatic used to be one of my main sites but so bad in recent weeks plus higher redemtion £25 instead of £10, and then longer wait for the money.Double negative as far as I am concerned.Number of decent sites seems to be diminishing fast.

I got into the writing test for Vivatic, Serena, and as a result I've given up on their surveys, except for the occasional one. But the writing side of things has been very lucrative for me; some of the article subjects are a little whacky, but it only takes me an hour to research each subject and bang off a 500 word article. The best thing is that they then direct you to other writing jobs outside of Vivatic, so I've built up a bit of a chain with it all. Did you get in? I think you can only find out about the writing test via Twitter now - I'm not into Twitter or FB...

Wow, Katie, that is very lucrative....well done on finding a little outlet that is a good earner...I might have made more of an effort had I know it would have mushroomed in such a way...but my time is fairly limited in lots of respects....of course if I had a less stressful job....but then, that's another story! :(
