By: Deborah Borg Date: 22 Jan 2012 10:39 AM Just completed a Populus Survey via Vivatic, clicked the submit button at the end of the survey. All I got was a server error and my balance remains on £11 so I can't redeem, this is so frustrating wishing I had never joined Vivatic!!!! |

Why I like surveys: Apart from my relatives considering me to be an opinionated old whatsit,they give something to do and the cash helps with the cat treats. By: crustyDate: 22 Jan 2012 12:26 PM There is a complaints procedure with Vivatic and I used it for this . How ever the information That Vivatic said is that 'you have started this survey but did not finish'. but you can still register the problem. If we all register the same problem, perhaps they might actually pay up and recognise that it is their fault and not ours. I too was annoyed as I was on £24.15 but I did manage to do a Newvista survey which put me over the Magic £25 mark (er um £24.50) and if I'm really lucky I might get it on 1st March. ( gee thanks). Think I'll register with Newvista and Populus seperatively and give Vivatic the boot! Just had a thought at the rate my YSP account is growing I should get this money before Vivatic actually pays!!! | |
