A few us had the same problem yesterday, you were probably doing the same survey. Its awful, on the other hand, its hard to leave knowing you have £11 in there...

It is a disgrace if there customers aren't getting paid for doing the surveys they send us then we should be able to redeem when we like

I also spent 25 mins doing that survey with same result ,and the annoying thing is that there's no one to complain to as there was no survey i.d. Grrrr! and to top it all i'm on £24.85 !!!

It happened on a MyVoice survey a couple of days ago, within 10 minutes of my complaint, I got the full £1.30. Thats how it should work.

This is definately a recurring problem with Vivatic and there does not seem to be a cure except to resign once you get paid.
I honestly think this is the best option, as others have emailed without reply and still the problems arise. Only recently I at long last reached redemption and went through the process to get funds, only to look a couple of weeks later and it was saying I never requested funds and so now I have requested funds again, but, it will not be until 1st March my payment. I am not stupid and know how to withdraw funds from all sites I use and yet when Vivatic was a £10 threshold, to my knowledge there were no complaints, it is only since the threshold rose to £25. I will still resign once payment received.

There is a complaints procedure with Vivatic and I used it for this . How ever the information That Vivatic said is that 'you have started this survey but did not finish'. but you can still register the problem. If we all register the same problem, perhaps they might actually pay up and recognise that it is their fault and not ours. I too was annoyed as I was on £24.15 but I did manage to do a Newvista survey which put me over the Magic £25 mark (er um £24.50) and if I'm really lucky I might get it on 1st March. ( gee thanks). Think I'll register with Newvista and Populus seperatively and give Vivatic the boot! Just had a thought at the rate my YSP account is growing I should get this money before Vivatic actually pays!!!

I went through FAQ bit and told them about this issue with Populus survey. Will let you know what happens.

Why the 1st march? i did £25.00 December, getting it end of this month, i thought you did the limit in one month, you get it end of next month?I WISH THEY JUST STUCK TO THE £10.00 PER WEEK when i first joined them it was so straight foreword.

Got mine too. I loved you really vivatic.

They have added a new partner, I just managed a survey on there for 85p which credited immediately.
I haven't really had any problems with vivatic overall, if I don't get a credit when I should, I let them know and they always check and add it on.
