By: crusty Date: 22 Jan 2012 5:18 PM As I have said in the past I don't go in for Toluna surveys very much but today they sent one and since it's a quiet day I thought I would fill it in. I did and its gone through as an open survey ( so in theory I will get my points). However ( the survey was on food)one question asked what I would do if my monthly grocery shop increased by £200 ( thats 50 quid a week, frankly it would be time to give up) Then the next question asked how it would change the way I spent and gave four example all stating an increase in spend. Now if it had been any other survey company I would question the survey but as its Toluna and their complints dept is so helpfull (NOT) I shall not bother!! |

John Fitch By: John FitchDate: 22 Jan 2012 7:39 PM Toluna is now just polls for me as I NEVER EVER get a survey.
janet spencer By: janet spencerDate: 22 Jan 2012 8:59 PM I know that Toluna are not great for paying fast, but they do pay eventually, I find that I normally wait about 6 weeks after redemption for my vouchers. At present I have 18 surveys open with them and I know that they will add the points to my account, I guess you just have to be patient, I think its worth keeping them going. Some days I dont qualify for any surveys at all while other days I can complete 2 or 3 one after the other..so not all bad really
Deborah Borg By: Deborah BorgDate: 22 Jan 2012 9:36 PM I can't even log in on Toluna I have forgotten my log in details and got no response from e mailing them
LizzieAnn About me: I love surveys! You can't tell from reading any of my posts, though, can you?! I am a full time worker with two children and a full time house husband, are you jealous? Why I like surveys: They are fun, interesting and lucrative, not to mention the fact that they can lead to amazing things! By: LizzieAnnDate: 23 Jan 2012 9:49 AM I have over 45000 points with them currently and receive about 5 invitations per day to survey which I usually manage to complete about one of, then I do the polls once a fortnight and it adds up and is good to have in the background. It is strange how each panel suits each person differently, isn't it? You would think you would have a uniform experience wouldn't you?!
crusty About me: I am 62, retired and have never married. I live in a little cottage in the Yorkshire Dales with my presant cat Sarah. Why I like surveys: Apart from my relatives considering me to be an opinionated old whatsit, they give something to do and the cash helps with the cat treats. By: crustyDate: 23 Jan 2012 11:03 AM Last year I use to do toluna regularly with polls opinions and surveys and get a regular £15 a month but i got so disgusted with the problems dept that now i only do the sponsored polls and a few surveys and never contact the contact services. They tell lies . At one point thay took 3000points off me and when I questioned it they said it was to do with the clause about points only having a specific life. I wrote back that the only way I could use them quicker were if they supplied them quicker( actually thats the clean version). Their first answer was 3 pages long and how it was my own fault. 3 months on they sent an e-mail saying they were giving me the points back as they found it had been a technical problem.

By: LizzieAnnDate: 23 Jan 2012 11:27 AM Glad to hear your temper and frustration have improved, Crusty, that can only be good. Life is really too short to put up with any problems for any length of time especially when there are sites where you get a smooth ride and no problems like YSP!!!
Pompski By: PompskiDate: 23 Jan 2012 8:12 PM I earn alot of Toluna, even though I only go in for surveys which give a absolute minimum of 3000 points per 15 minutes, never really had issues with them, apart from the way their surveys stack. For instance to get one that pays 10000 for 10 minutes you have to do a 2000 for 40 minutes one...

By: LizzieAnnDate: 23 Jan 2012 8:31 PM Interestingly I have just done a 3000 point one and qualified for a product test which will be with me during the next few days...handy....I just hope it does not contribute to my illness!
Pompski By: PompskiDate: 24 Jan 2012 6:22 PM The trick is, Tolunas product tests with eventual huge rewards start as 20 minute 2000 pointers.
