Vivatic --update

Have just got an email from Vivatic in reply to my complaint about the Populus survey that didn't pay. They say that Populus had some problems with their site and they have paid me £1 for the survey.

About me: I am a housewife currently, and my husband and 2 adult sons work full time, so i look after the house and finances.
Why I like surveys: I enjoy giving my opinion and earning a little extra to help out with the shopping now and again and it keeps me occupied.

Got my £1 also and the site seems back to normal now.It's ok to get a problem if the problem gets sorted.

I agree John; and I find that Vivatic give very good customer service. I've had to ask them to look into a few things for me, and I've had more than satisfactory results each time.
