Quite some time.....did you redeem for BACS? I think the last time it was around 5 or 6 weeks till I got the money....don't hold your breath! It also takes an age to reach that mythical 9000 points doesn't it...although since the site revamp maybe things are improving as I have reached nearly 5000 in the last two weeks....better you think?

I need 1,440 points to redeem, its been like that for about 3 weeks now, but hopefully it will pick up.

Yes, the survey frequency has definitely picked up and do bear in mind, too, that Synovate, the old lot, used to not only have prize draws in which I won £50 but they also did quite a few product tests and the last one was for washing powder, a year or two back, and I received a full size £12 box of Surf washing powder to test for two weeks then keep what was left....we were using it for nearly a year!! I wonder if Wonderbug will also do product tests...has anyone had any from the new incarnation yet?

Never had anything like product tests from the new lot yet...but it is early in the year yet, and only just qualified for my first one of 2012 from Toluna the other day, so give them time, they might come up with something!!

I didn't think that they used to do voucher codes before when they were Synovate, so maybe that is new to the site too....I think it was only BACS before. Let us know when you get your redemption, Natasha, OK?

I just received my voucher code its like Gfk where they send you a code to use in their webshop. I chose an Amazon voucher and it was emailed to me instantly. The site does seem to be improving
