Hi Guys,

Just wanted to let you all know about the change we have made to the forums. After receiving requests, we have changed the Customer Service Champions page so that everybody can now post on this section of the forum.

Please feel free to use this section to discuss all aspects and experiences of Customer Service!

Katie :)

About me: I am 62, retired and have never married. I live in a little cottage in the Yorkshire Dales with my presant cat Sarah.
Why I like surveys: Apart from my relatives considering me to be an opinionated old whatsit, they give something to do and the cash helps with the cat treats.

Fantastic news, Katie! It's great to see things evolve, and I'm looking foward to reading the customer experiences of everyone, and sharing some of my own. :-)

I wonder if it wouldn't be an idea simply to clarify all the places where you can post? It is a little like this....

Help/Advice - if you are looking for or would like some advice or help with anything at all, post your query there....or if you would like to give help or advice about something, same thing!

Hot Topics - up to the minute and breaking news that you are bursting to tell others!

Customer Service Champions - interesting information about customer services, or anything regarding customer service champions

Praise/Shame - info about companies that you have had problems with or who have come up with something exemplary...praise or shame them here so we all know who to go for/avoid!

If George or YSP would like to add anything or clarify anything on that, please do, as the above is by no means exhaustive! :)

Thanks for the clarification, Lizzie. I am at 62, not a child but the personal insights of more experienced people in a subject that I am inexperienced in is one of the main reason I like this site so much. If all I am required to do to find any information is to read ' a load of rules'then I do not actually need the forums. How boring.

Thanks LizzieAnn - that's really helpful - Katie and I have people asking us all the time which one they should use!
