By: briskem1Date: 02 Feb 2012 5:46 PM The problem with experience comes inertia, and those try to teach inertia , teach their own misguided ways,'New blood' is always a refreshing change so long as they treat customers with dignity and don't apply outdated methods that prevent a company from looking toward to the future. Webassey By: WebasseyDate: 27 Apr 2012 2:52 PM as a x CSA Customer Service Agent i know first hand of what goes on. some agents just could not be bothered to carry out what they are surrposed to do for the customer , i have set beside an adviser and personally listened and watched him lie to a customer about the help he was giving to that customer,thats the reason i left. just to day i called to settle my bill which said online £42.50 but foe some reason did not go through as i called to do it over the phone was told that it was through for that about to get my phone unbarred waited on txt 25 mins later called back , found out that £45.18 was taken out of my account with out my authourization plus wen insisted on talking to manager was bribed with £5.00 then placed on hold with music for 10 mins then put on mute which by the way is rude ignorant and totally not allowed by most companies not unless the agents have to and must update you every 3 mins as to what is happening i was put on hold MUTE for 20 mins no up dates and then the agent hung up on me. | |
