By: crusty Date: 07 Feb 2012 6:37 PM On the 27th January I applied for a £10 Amazon voucher and also got an e-mail copy of my order.According to their rules you should get your voucher codes within a week. However it failed to arrive. I emailed them yesterday and today I got a reply with the following instruction. |

KatieN About me: I love taking part in active, lively discussions. Why I like surveys: It's great to be able to give your opinion, and be active in lots of different communities. By: KatieNDate: 07 Feb 2012 7:12 PM Oh Crusty, I can't stand that 'have a nice day' message!! And I am guilty of scowling at whoever says it to me... ;-)
crusty About me: I am 62, retired and have never married. I live in a little cottage in the Yorkshire Dales with my presant cat Sarah. Why I like surveys: Apart from my relatives considering me to be an opinionated old whatsit, they give something to do and the cash helps with the cat treats. By: crustyDate: 07 Feb 2012 8:51 PM It looks a bit long winded but it was really quick and this was the first time I have ever had a problem and I was with Lightspeed for years before it became MySurvey. I would think it's handy to know just incase it happens to you.
janet spencer By: janet spencerDate: 08 Feb 2012 1:13 AM Ive never had a problem with My Surveys as far as redemption goes but Thanks for that Crusty, its always worth knowing these things
Jilly101 About me: Married with 3 kids, live in North West and enjoy reading, cooking and watching various sports on TV Why I like surveys: Mostly for the rewards but I like getting to review and test products and ideas before they hit the shops and I enjoy mini-polls where you get to see how others have voted. By: Jilly101Date: 08 Feb 2012 10:11 AM Last time I redeemed with them for an Amazon voucher I was sat waiting and wondering where my code was as they are usually quite quick in sending them and by chance I noticed the same instructions you received on their Facebook page and lo and behold my code was waiting for me in my account

LizzieAnn About me: I love surveys! You can't tell from reading any of my posts, though, can you?! I am a full time worker with two children and a full time house husband, are you jealous? Why I like surveys: They are fun, interesting and lucrative, not to mention the fact that they can lead to amazing things! By: LizzieAnnDate: 08 Feb 2012 8:26 PM When Mysurvey were Light Speed Panel in their last incarnation, this did happen to me a few times, and I got exactly the same instructions which I have kept ever since. However, it has never happened to me since Light Speed became MySurvey but it is interesting to note that the methods used are still the same which proves the old adage, if it ain't broke, don't fix it!

By: LizzieAnnDate: 09 Feb 2012 12:32 PM Yes, it is usually quicker, but Amazon vouchers seem to arrive quicker than paypal, I think, so I always go for them.
serena About me: I am a housewife currently, and my husband and 2 adult sons work full time, so i look after the house and finances. Why I like surveys: I enjoy giving my opinion and earning a little extra to help out with the shopping now and again and it keeps me occupied. By: serenaDate: 09 Feb 2012 3:40 PM I tried to complete a 1000 point survey yesterday evening for them, its the second part of a two day survey, ive already received 300 points for the first day, but nothing but problems last night!! I was so frustrated and emailed them last night as for some reason i could not even log into my account until today, it just kept saying that there was an internal server error and an apology.

By: LizzieAnnDate: 09 Feb 2012 10:12 PM I wonder if sometimes a huge-paying survey like this one has problems simply because there is a huge rush of people all trying to access the same survey and it was like a bicycle built for two, so to speak!! I think sometimes perhaps survey companies under-anticipate the rush of eager beavers we survey takers consist of....especially when it is a good payer!
