On the 27th January I applied for a £10 Amazon voucher and also got an e-mail copy of my order.According to their rules you should get your voucher codes within a week. However it failed to arrive. I emailed them yesterday and today I got a reply with the following instruction.
1)SIGN-IN to your MySurvey Consumer Panel acccount
2)SELECT the "My Rewards" button from the top menu options
3)SELECT the REDEEM button to enter MySurvey Rewards
4)SELECT the "My Account" button in the green header at the top of the page
5)SELECT the "Orders(Debit)" link in the middle on the page
6)SELECT the order number associated with the e-voucher
Well I did all that and got the voucher codes and its now in my Amazon account.
Incidently KatieN the main letter concluded "have a nice day"!!!LOL

Oh Crusty, I can't stand that 'have a nice day' message!! And I am guilty of scowling at whoever says it to me... ;-)

That sounds like a fairly long-winded process though - particularly as MySurvey usually deliver in about 3 days. At the moment I'm at 3000 points with them; I usually go for the £10 Amazon voucher, but I thought I'd try for the highest paypal figure I can get with them....Watch this space!

It looks a bit long winded but it was really quick and this was the first time I have ever had a problem and I was with Lightspeed for years before it became MySurvey. I would think it's handy to know just incase it happens to you.
I noticed that under "Orders(debit)" it showed some of my previous claims, hany if you accidently lost your voucher codes before you claimed them.

Last time I redeemed with them for an Amazon voucher I was sat waiting and wondering where my code was as they are usually quite quick in sending them and by chance I noticed the same instructions you received on their Facebook page and lo and behold my code was waiting for me in my account

When Mysurvey were Light Speed Panel in their last incarnation, this did happen to me a few times, and I got exactly the same instructions which I have kept ever since. However, it has never happened to me since Light Speed became MySurvey but it is interesting to note that the methods used are still the same which proves the old adage, if it ain't broke, don't fix it! :)

Incidentally, if you redeem for Amazon, you are ALWAYS going to get your redemption more quickly, as I was told paypal can take 10-14 days but Amazon only takes 3-5 working days......never really got told the reason why, though? :(

The longest I've had to wait for paypal on my survey was 3 days and the shortest was 3 hours!!!

Yes, it is usually quicker, but Amazon vouchers seem to arrive quicker than paypal, I think, so I always go for them. :)

I tried to complete a 1000 point survey yesterday evening for them, its the second part of a two day survey, ive already received 300 points for the first day, but nothing but problems last night!! I was so frustrated and emailed them last night as for some reason i could not even log into my account until today, it just kept saying that there was an internal server error and an apology.
So i logged in today (no reply as yet)and found the survey waiting for me and lo and behold, same error messages when i tried to access it! I hope they get back to me soon i was mucked about trying to complete it for about 2 hours last night as it kept freezing and then telling me try again in 10 minutes, i did about 30 minutes of it, what a waste of my time if they ask me eventually to do it all again, it was for 50 min duration!

I wonder if sometimes a huge-paying survey like this one has problems simply because there is a huge rush of people all trying to access the same survey and it was like a bicycle built for two, so to speak!! I think sometimes perhaps survey companies under-anticipate the rush of eager beavers we survey takers consist of....especially when it is a good payer! :) any opinions on that one, Serena? and did you get it sorted in the end? they can be a little slow with their customer services, but usually are fairly good at sorting things out, in my experience. :)
