Non-demographic/guarenteed survey sites

Up until recently I was only a member of one site, clubhouse, and despite the fact they only send me one a month I always get to fill it in. I decided a fortnight or so ago to join a few of the bigger ones mentioned here and elsewhere (globaltestmarket, toluna, survey). But after opening dozens of invites I've been allowed to do a grand total of 3 between them. (The only exception was newvistalive who have send me just one which was fine and worth a couple of quid). In particular I had one of the 'cheating' ones today from globaltestmarket which made me the whole survey and after answering their 'one last question' said I wasn't eligible. That is just fraud as far as I'm concerned and I don't believe they not going to keep the answers.

So can anyone list some sites which always take your answers? I've seen LizzieAnn's big list, but there are alot there so any help to identify the clubhouse-like ones appreciated (Don't mind if they're infrequent - quality over quantity imo)

About me: I am 62, retired and have never married. I live in a little cottage in the Yorkshire Dales with my presant cat Sarah.
Why I like surveys: Apart from my relatives considering me to be an opinionated old whatsit, they give something to do and the cash helps with the cat treats.

Have you tried Ipsos. I have had loads from them but I rarely manage to finish any of them. Sometimes I'll only answer a few question and then I get screened out but you always get some points and as you lots of surveys the points soon mount up.

Hi Chris, Welcome! It look a very long time to compile that big list....thanks for viewing! I hope you will find that these are OK -

Valued Opinions, Mysurvey, Myview, Ipsos, as Crusty says....of course there is also Maximiles - sign up for their surveys too. I cannot say with any certainty that you will ALWAYS get to complete them.

I do believe they do not keep your answers, as you often have to press Submit to send your answers on the last question.....even though I know some people disagree with that. What would be the point of incomplete information to a company? :(

There are many more I like and trust but off the top of my head, try those ones for starters. I will put my thinking cap on and see if I can come up with others. :) and maybe other panellists can do the same? :)

Crusty - thanks I will look into them, they appear to be to do with the MORI polls one always hears of.

LizzieAnn - Yes it's very comprehensive! Just not sure I have the stamina to do the lot so was hoping to cherry pick the most time-worthy that wouldn't kick me 9 times out of 10 or more. I read elsewhere on here myview were very good but think found it was invite only, or at least not always open?

With that last survey I did they took 40 screens of data about insurance, watching clips looking at adverts ect creeping up by 2% on completion bar and it was literally the last screen asked an innocuous question then said I wasn't eligible. I'm as trusting as the next guy, but hard to think of a genuine reason for organising it that way ...

Had you already entered your demographics, Chris?

Yes, Myview is invitation only - if you email Katie and ask her to pass on your email address, I can refer you if you wish. :)

YouGov is probably the only site that I have never got screened out of a single survey. It takes a while to hit the £50 redemption, but you do get there eventually.

hi Chris shaw ,
I am a member of ipsos ,and mysurvey and a few others ,toluna is a good site if you also use the community side of it as well ,you can gain extra points by writing your own opinions and getting people to reply to you .and writing 80 word opinions it is not just another survey site ,so give it another try .Pinecone and yougov also are good survey sites

PureProfile also pay for every survey, even if you are screened out, you still get £0.05 which adds up and is not so frustrating.

Panelbase is really excellent, too....I have reached £9.75 almost ready for a £10 BACS redemption which takes only a few days to appear in your bank, very quick, and each survey also pays very generously - sometimes up to £4 each! I have redeemed loads of times with them, too. I agree with both Rose & Fi about Pureprofile, Yougov and Pinecone as well as Toluna....but Pinecone is by invitation only. Opinium is another corker....I could also refer you there, if you wish. :)

Great comments all round guys, I had planned to join yougov so defo will now. Panelbase have only invited me to a couple, but it's true they haven't screened out as yet which was my aim. I'm not sure if I buy enough stuff for the toluna reviews but I'll have a look.

It is rare to be invited to a Toluna review of a product, Chris, but I live in hope, but what you do often get with Toluna is product tests and the same goes for Valued Opinions.....they are great. Panelbase is worthwhile because they gradually build up, but one tip with them, always log into the site and do the daily questions/polls as they get their peeps for survey invitations from the answers you give to these! :) then you will be invited to more surveys. :) same goes for Pureprofile and Mysurvey. :)
