By: crusty Date: 10 Feb 2012 1:08 PM I use my computer from an arm chair as it is also my t.v. and my enterainment centre. Just before Christmas I thought since the keyboard I have was getting a bit past it ( its from 3 computers ago, but I've got use to it) I would get a new one, wireless, no cables. |

serena About me: I am a housewife currently, and my husband and 2 adult sons work full time, so i look after the house and finances. Why I like surveys: I enjoy giving my opinion and earning a little extra to help out with the shopping now and again and it keeps me occupied. By: serenaDate: 11 Feb 2012 3:54 PM What a shame Crusty! Awful predicament sods law and all that! That is my sort of luck that is, i have a dongle on my netbook which is good, Vodafone, but i have only 3 ports in total i have a grey stick i have to put in for my mouse as i hate the little pad! Then i have an e-cig to stop me smoking so much, but when i have to charge it i have to remove the grey stick as i cant fit anything next to the dongle, and the boys have lost my white extension (as they use it for the Playstation 3 )it is slimmer and allows me to use all 3 ports, story of my life!! I hate it when you try to do something better and it turns out more difficult than you imagined!!
janet spencer By: janet spencerDate: 11 Feb 2012 4:05 PM why dont you move the dongle to the other side serena where the single port is

Baggy By: BaggyDate: 19 Feb 2012 10:29 AM Sorry to hear all your problems. I use my laptop for surveys from my armchair as I am a little disabled. I recently watered my keyboard with some coffee, it did not like it, perhaps it was the Sweetex. Replaced the keyboard with one from Ryman on line, only 14.95 but not a wireless one, then I replaced my mouse with a wireless mouse from Logitech 4.95 and then got a USB splitter for 4 inputs 1.95. All work perfectly and I am delighted. I have virtually a new machine for less than 20.00.
LizzieAnn About me: I love surveys! You can't tell from reading any of my posts, though, can you?! I am a full time worker with two children and a full time house husband, are you jealous? Why I like surveys: They are fun, interesting and lucrative, not to mention the fact that they can lead to amazing things! By: LizzieAnnDate: 19 Feb 2012 4:53 PM Baggy, I have crusty's email address, if you would like me to pass it on to him, Crusty, just let me know OK?
crusty About me: I am 62, retired and have never married. I live in a little cottage in the Yorkshire Dales with my presant cat Sarah. Why I like surveys: Apart from my relatives considering me to be an opinionated old whatsit, they give something to do and the cash helps with the cat treats. By: crustyDate: 20 Feb 2012 12:42 PM Hi Baggy I was using a 4 way splitter before but i went for the remote opption as I kept getting the trailing wires caught up in the vaccum cleaner but i have gone back to it. I too have the Logitech mouses but not wireless, in fact i bought 2 as they keep falling of the arms of the chair and breaking.
