Some advice - it might help!!!

Hiya,

Just something I've noticed since I started completing surveys...

I started trying to make a little money on the side around late May last year... I have to say I've been lucky in prize draws, lottery prize draws, mystery cheques I've received while not remembering the surveys I did to win the reward, and I think its just a bit too coincidental...

What I have noticed is when you first join a new survey site and it asks you for your profile details, etc... there might be a place were you can place a photo of yourself within the description. I recommend you "DO THIS".

My prize draw wins have always been survey companies that ask you if you want to place a profile photo in your profile...
for example; www.myiyo.com, tickbox.net and surveyfriends

Obviously companies want to see the person whom is taking the surveys and they find (I think) it easier to reward the individual...

I could be talking rubbish but lets see... what do you think?

About me: I love surveys! You can't tell from reading any of my posts, though, can you?! I am a full time worker with two children and a full time house husband, are you jealous?
Why I like surveys: They are fun, interesting and lucrative, not to mention the fact that they can lead to amazing things!

No,not rubbish Ruthie...I completely agree with you!! I have also won with Surveyfriends, and so has George (CSC) and we have both posted our photos on our profiles. I also won with The Thinking Shed and Standard Life Community and Promise, all three of which I have photos with...does make you think, certainly!

But looked at another way, it rather makes a mockery of the idea that a prize draw is random....maybe they only draw from those who have posted photos?! :)

Why I like surveys: Apart from my relatives considering me to be an opinionated old whatsit, they give something to do and the cash helps with the cat treats.

I did - I took it off about 3months ago because I was sick to death of looking at myself - I see myself in the mirror in the mornings and that's enough..... puts me off my breakfast....

Why do we choose to look at ourselves in the mirror when we have just got out of bed, are we checking it is still us? Or just hope the shocking sight will wake us up a little LOL!! I suppose we like to see if anything has changed over night? mmmmm

Ruth, I used to look in the mirror every day as well, only trouble now is there are no mirrors left in house, thats why I changed my picture too.

What a shame you can't get picture editing software built into your mirrors at home, you know, like a digital photo frame, then that way you could wake up and re-edit yourself for the day LOL !!!! :)
