Consumer Voice are ccbfastmap.com - their surveys are usually about charities. I have been with them for years and they are usually for prize draws but occasionally you get the odd £1.80 one...I am at £20 after a while...£45 cash out though! but I like them!

The point was that it was addressed to me as "dear member" and since there was no place to add an email address or a link to a survey site how did they get my information and how do i know about future draws since I have never been a member or had any contact with them before?

If you go here....www.consumervoice.info and enter your email address, then click on forgot password....you never know you might be a member and not realize it?

Tried that and got "unable to send email" and a phone number, so I'll give them a ring tomorrow.

Well worth doing, crusty....ask to speak to Alistair or Chris. I hope you get on OK. Tell them, by the way, when you are on the phone, that you are interested in taking part in any forum discussion groups they have as Alistair has told me has a "joe public" file as he calls it, for people who want to do this....you can earn up to £50 a time! privileged information ssssshhhh, don't tell anyone!

Have contacted them and they say that the surveys were a mistake and that they will be sending out applications later today. I also asked about discussion groups but they said they had done this in the past but do not have any forthcoming. So its wait and see time!
