Can you not remember the postings from early last year, about 6 panelists had tried to cash out. They emailed them without replies several times and at the finnish they were told their accounts were being checked for errors in their points. They were all eventually paid, but, it was nearly 4 months late.

Yes, I do remember them, George, the thing is that there were equal amounts of postings from people who, like myself, got paid on time and never had any trouble with them....so I wonder why the trouble has started now?? Odd, isn't it?

I was so annoyed with this company that I even wrote a review on dooyoo and ciao to warn others to avoid lol

Hi Lizzie i had problems with them last year i managed to get through to them by ringing the id factor which i think is there sister company these are the numbers i think? 0207 936 6550 or 0207 936 6561 i hope you get some joy let me know if these numbers are correct?

Thanks so much Jason for the ID Factor number, I got no reply at all from the second number, despite phoning most of yesterday and today. I have just now managed to get through to a real person at the first number who is going to email me the answer and hopefully the money!! Thanks again, Jason.

Just got a phone call from Alistair at ID Factor to tell me my paypal was in and I can confirm it is.....my husband is going to buy me some great books on Ebay....only he doesn't know it yet!! At least it is in time for my birthday, anyway!

Now I have a name, I thought, take a chance, go on.....so I just redeemed with Elite Shopping Forum, only a few days ago and phoned them up and said it is my birthday soon and they said they would try to get this to me in time! but they weren't promising anything so we shall see if name-dropping helps!

Just had a payout from this outfit into my PayPal account. It took a very long time, but they do say 2 to 6 weeks. Why so Long? No idea, but it did get there.

When I phoned them, Baggy, about my Elite pay-out, they said they worked on that week's payouts all in one batch, and never skipped forward....whatever that means, in terms of time, I really don't know...I think it meant I would have to wait my turn and not jump the queue!!

I'm very near to my first redemtion. 3 to 6 weeks is really unfair when it takes an age to actually reach redemtion.Poor show I say!

I say it too, John...and I said it in their survey on what I thought of them, boy did I say it!! and not with flowers, either, LOL!

I cant log into my account to redeem I have e-mailed them, so will let you know IF I hear anything - just cashed out from Elite last month so no problems with that account!

Just got my Elite payment through a week ago...it was quite a bit quicker than I expected, though, only three weeks!
