By: Terence Raymond Lewis Date: 20 Feb 2012 3:15 PM My dad is disabled he has tried everything to cancel his sky, but they keep asking him security questions, which he has tried to answer, even his bank account and sky card number just isn't enough, now i am trying to file a complaint to this money grabbing company, he has spent £10 in calling them and they still can't help, the only other option he has is to call in to his local shopping center and speak to a representative which is usually selling stuff, not happy. |

I also recorded the letter to make sure they got it. Never had anymore bother after that. They are horrendous to deal with if you want to cancel. | |

006.5 By: 006.5Date: 21 Feb 2012 9:05 AM Over a year ago I posted on this forum about Sky TV and their inability to help customers. In my case it was very similar to Terences problem with the addition Sky would not refund over £65 to my bank. However, I was able to get the email address of the MD at sky and got things sorted out within the week plus my refund. So once again folks, if you have a problem with sky here is the email address you need and its for Jeremy Darroch MD and the address is jeremy.darroch@bskyb.com | |

We cancelled our Sky a few years ago, but things must have been better back then because I don't recall having any problem, except that they try and get you to stay. I think Sky have suffered tremendously following the News of the World scandal, and whenever I take part in a survey about them, I don't mince my words when it comes to voicing what I feel about them!! | |
