My Voice Web Site problem

At the weekend I was trying to update my file but noticed that once I logged in as soon as I clicked on any of the headings I got logged out.Annoying to say the least ( the air was blue).
I put this to their technical department and got the following:- "We have this issue with other panelists too.It is caused by the cookies which your browser saves . Could you please delete them all or try another browser."
I was rather annoyed with this answer as my setup works fine with all other sites except theirs so shouldn't they change their system. I didn't delete my cookies but I used Firefox and it worked fine.

Cookies enable you to go to your websites without having to type in the whole url. They are only saved data of your search and commonly used websites.

Some websites use the cookies to log you in without having to enter username and password. So you'll be better off to delete the cookies every few months or so.

Most browsers will save your log-in details so you don't have to type them at all. I have ccleaner installed and it's set to delete cookies each time my computer starts. I cannot see why anyone would want to keep cookies at all, it just fills your computer with stuff you don't need to keep. I never have to type in my user name and password because I use Roboform.

I just completed an onsite 5 point survey for Myvoice and got the following message which I thought might be of interest to those experiencing voucher problems (although not technical ones, sorry!)

SOME OF YOU MAY HAVE EXPERIENCED DELAYS IN RECEIVING VOUCHERS YOU HAVE REDEEMED. PLEASE LET ME ASSURE YOU THAT WE ARE TAKING STEPS TO RETURN TO OUR PREVIOUS LEVEL OF SERVICE. WE USE THE SERVICES OF A VOUCHER REDEMPTION AGENCY TO FULFIL ORDERS YOU PLACE, AND FOR 8 YEARS HAVE ENJOYED A HIGH LEVEL OF SATISFACTION WITH THEIR DELIVERY. HOWEVER, OVER THE PAST 2 MONTHS, THEIR PERFORMANCE HAS DETERIORATED TO THE POINT WHERE I HAVE ENGAGED THE SERVICES OF A NEW AGENCY.
