There is Pets at Home but you only get free delivery if you spend more then £29 per order. You could use a supermarket and get a home delivery £5 with tesco, and you can get Maximiles points if you go to Tesco Direct through Maximiles. 5points/£1 spent on groceries.

Not good, Shelly. I think you should handwrite a letter of complaint to them as I did (see my article in the CSC section on the result of handwritten complaints letters for useful information on the subject) and not accept shoddy service like that from them. I agree Maximiles are superior in their customer services and always come up with the goods in that respect.

However, I have never personally used a pet supermarket, but I do get my pet food (having only one cat) from a normal supermarket along with my home shopping delivery and that works out free if you spend over £25 with my local Co-operative or about £3.50 with Tesco. Good luck on finding a replacement, if it saves you money.

Yes, I really do think a handwritten one would make a difference....see comments by both myself and Katie on the subject on the article I mentioned. I have had fantastic results from these. I think you should detail everything, your order number, your order problems and dates and names of anyone you emailed too. The more, the merrier (the result!)

Yeah i can get his food from vets but so expensive from there. Also i make sure his has enough food until the next bag turns up but its getting very low. I did the order on the 6th feb & they reckon i will get it friday, just getting really angry with them now tho as i contacted via email & facebook so i'm getting different excuses & delivery dates..

Lol no its from the lizard family, can't really tell you much more than that as the bearded dragon is my husbands pet & the cats are mine cats are easier for me to look after. Hey Lizzie, i sent the letter today but thank you anyway. Been a nightmare today as i still haven't received my order but today it is yodel's fault tracking service says delivered, but i was in & hasn't been left with neighbours has gone to wrong address so had to do lots of chasing up today so not impressed, plus i won't be using medicanimal as someone said their part of the same chain & i found out that was true today as one of the email addresses they used to contact me was medicanimal. Just don't want that company to ever have money of me again. Just its amazing how everything can go wrong with one simple order!!

Shelly, have you googled the cat food you buy or the reptile food? When I've been looking for pet products that's the route I take. Takes a little time cos you have to look at a few sites but I found it pays in the long run. There are a lot of companies out there so you should be ok. Good luck.

Yay got my refund today, so all sorted now Will be interesting to see if they get back to after the letter i sent last week....

Viovet are good, i just discovered them, they do non prescription medication too and they send me an email every day all about the latest cat medication, problems and solutions, and general ways to take care of your cat and look out for its well being, really informative helpful sight, they do the email for dogs and other pets too, all depends on which pet you tell them you have got.

Yes i did thank you Lizzie, but it didn't get me any where All they did was phone me to check i had received my order & part refund.
