I am looking to join some survey sites that actually give surveys to the over Fifties , whos children have flown the nest . I dont mind if they pay by cheque or vouchers . I just would like to complete some suveys , without getting thrown out , when I put my age in . Do you know of any ? Thank you susan

About me: I love surveys! You can't tell from reading any of my posts, though, can you?! I am a full time worker with two children and a full time house husband, are you jealous?
Why I like surveys: They are fun, interesting and lucrative, not to mention the fact that they can lead to amazing things!

I referred someone to an over-fifties site recently, can't remember who...was it you Baggy? George? John? own up, come on all you golden oldies!! :)

I think Saros Research are good. :)

Why I like surveys: Apart from my relatives considering me to be an opinionated old whatsit, they give something to do and the cash helps with the cat treats.

Well I don't do too badly and I'm over 60,I get thrown out of more because I've never married. So most of those Lizzie has on her lists work ok.

Yes, SusanH, if you click on the above link, or scroll down this area of the site, there are many to chose from. It really is pot luck and sometimes they are looking for people of an older age group....I am about to turn 48 in March and so I will soon be thinking about the same things you are! My children have not flown the nest yet, although they are 21 and 18!! Their wings are a little rusty I think, but I wouldn't be without them as they help me round the house and run errands, etc., and I help them by making sandwiches every day for school and college and feeding and clothing them...it works both ways doesn't it? :) :)

LOL, John....glasses are still on trial...so I am squinting a bit!!

Top 20 would be a toughie...give me some time to think about it! :) Anyone else care to do the Top 20 rundown? Anyone old enough to remember the Top 20 Top of the Pops....

Let's do our own Top 20 top of the popular panels OK...over to you guys and gals (wiggles very long cigar suggestively and raises eyebrows at camera!!) LOL

Number one has to be Pinecone Panel....

I can't do a Top Twenty as I am registered with fewer than 20 sites. My profile is: 60+, retired, living on pension, no children at home. Since starting surveys in August of last year, I have had most success with the following sites : Vivatic, Valued Opinions, MySurvey, Gratispoints, Panelbase. Bottom of the list is YouGov. Hope this helps.

Hi SusanH, I have the same problem as you being a young 50ish person.
(56 16 march for pressies please)
In all fairness I have to give NewVista a plus for surveys for the over 50s. My mum 78 gets lots from them and has already had one redemption after only about 6 months and well on her way to another £50. OnePoll does not seem too bad either.
There is a posting somewhere in this forum about surveys for the over 50s of which a few of us YSP oldies have joined and been rewarded.
LizzieAnn is the one to point you in the right direction, even if she is a spring chicken.

Its not just age. I have just been to Onepoll and thought there is a lot of surveys here I was able to only do one ( perhaps thats why its called Onepoll lol). when I entered single or retired I was screened out!
