Payment problems with PayPal

As you may be aware we've had problems with PayPal and our bank account meaning that we have been unable to pay people who have selected PayPal as a payment option.
We've been working hard to try and resolve this issue but sadly we are at a point where we now have to wait with our fingers crossed that PayPal will verify our bank account so we can issue funds. We have been advised that this could take a further 2 weeks!
It's very frustrating for us as we haven't had an issue like this before and obviously we don't like letting our panellists down.
We are very sorry for the continued delay with this.
If this delay has affected you and you would like to change your payment option and opt to be paid by Amazon evoucher instead, please email me at kay@yoursaypays.co.uk with your name, email address used at YourSayPays and the email address you wish the evoucher to be sent to (if different from your YSP account email).
Thankfully Amazon vouchers can be issued very quickly so i can get this sorted for you this week.

Again, we are so sorry for the delay with payment! Thank you all for your continued patience and understanding on the matter.

I don't think you 'are EXPECTED to do surveys' that is your choice.

To be fair, this is the first time there has been a problem and to have an extra £1.00 added shows great service.

I have never had any problems being paid by YSP, nor had any problems doing survey, I think that is a little unfair, John.
