I ordered a voucher in March and it came within 5 weeks. Then I ordered another the next month and another the month after that. Neither have arrived to date. But I'm sure they will as I have had many vouchers with Toluna and they have always turned up eventually.

It usually takes about five weeks, but I have had one take 3 months!!

Hi Ruth, if you e-mail Kay she can send me your e-mail address and I can recommend some to you. I waited ages for my voucher and then found it on the site!!

I got an email on that subject from them, Fi, from toluna, I mean, and they said that too many people kept changing their email addresses and vouchers got lost, so they started just putting the codes into their accounts - just go to "your rewards" on the toluna page and you will find it waiting for you!

Thank LizziAnn, that is where I found it in the end - thought it had taken an age to get it so checked my account and there it was!! Pity they didn't put anything on their site to say they had changed it as I didn't get any notification from them to say my voucher was ready!

You are no longer actually told that you have a Toluna payment, you have to keep checking o the website, which encourages you to use it more, so they hope.
If you ask Kay on here to pass on your email address to me then I will gladly pass on a list of surveys that I use and reccomend you to all the ones that can accept referrals, it is quite a long ist as I do a lot of them.

That's exactly why they stopped sending emails, so they wouldn't send notification either....email addresses kept changing and things were going missing - they were worried the notifications and the vouchers would go missing!!

I can understand that for their excuse for not sending the voucher emails out but it still does not answer the very basic question as to why they take so long to actually pay out compared to other survey sites who pay out within days or within a week? They claim to be financially solvent but it looks very dubious to me and others.

Hi Lynn, I agree, it takes ages, and there is no reason I can understand and I have tried customer services, but no really sensible explanation was forthcoming.

The reason I have had from toluna re: voucher delivery is that they get the vocuhers in bulk and it depends on when they get them and send them out!

lol they are very good at excuses aren't they? I always order Amazon vouchers so no "lost in the post" excuses thank you!

Me, too, there is so much you can get on Amazon, it is well worthwhile.

If any YSP members want me to do their polls etc. on Toluna just find me on there and leave me a profile message! Username jwhitehouselogan - you will find me on the top user page second line down, 6th user in (I don't know if you can search for users!). I will be happy to help.

Were you registered with them Jen? Another reason you don't get paid for polls is that if you do sponsored polls you get paid in points, but user polls you get nothing for.

Just to let you all know that yesterday I received another voucher from Toluna followed by an email to advise that in future these will be sent from the UK and not from France and should take up to 6 weeks...

Wow, Patsy, very very useful information, thanks for letting us know - it is about time they cleaned up their act....6 weeks is a long time, but not as bad as three months, that's true!! Vive (not) la France!!

Regarding Toluna I will believe it when the vouchers actually arrive within the six weeks.

Toluna - what a load of rubbish - 12 weeks I've been waiting for Love2shop vouchers. By the time I've got the vouchers all of the high street shops will have closed down due to the recession......

You could be right. I can't understand why they told someone they would be sending out vouchers quicker in future because now they were coming from England instead of France??? How does apply to electronic vouchers?!

e-vouchers still take a long time 2/3 months paper ones longer if you want to save up for xmas the sites not too bad but make sure you cash out August ish so you get paid befor xmas

I just got my voucher yesterday when I redeemed it on 11th June!!! I agree, cash out in August in time for Christmas!

Toluna seems to be the only site where free speech is censored which is a disgrace in this day and age,and its the only site i know that actively threatens its members!
