Ros, Fiona, and you guys how are you getting on with the food diary? Any updates gratefully received. How are you finding it? Easy or hard? Is the incentive worth it do you think?

Found it bit fiddly at the start and had to be careful, but ok now,

Great, Ros, it is a bit fiddly, but the incentive is worth it, and you get the hang of it after you have done a few. How about you Fi? Have you thrown it out the window yet?!

Great, Fi!! It is an "interesting" format!! I bet you are glad to get it off now. Don't worry, though, it's only once every three months or so! It will be worth it when you get your incentive - did you take part in the little competition? I have won three times £25 cheque. And of course there is the prize draw too...good luck!

Once every 3 months!!!! Think it is going to take me that long to recover!!! No, I didn't take part, terrible at that sort of thing.

Don't you think the incentive is worth it? What a shame, I thought you would enjoy it...of course, you don't get anything for nothing these days, and you get a bonus of £15 when you complete your fourth yearly one.

Sorry, just read it back - I didn't take part in the extra competition - no good at tie-breakers, but did complete and send back my diary.

Yes, I realized that Kay....I used to do lots of competitions and won £1000 worth of Woolworths vouchers with a tiebreaker once!! So that is why I like to keep my hand in, so to speak....do you see yourself enjoying doing it in the future, the diary I mean, or is it not worth the incentive do you think?

Hi LizzieAnn,
Sorry I haven't responded sooner! I have been out delivering Yellow Pages all week for extra pennies! My food diary is due to eb finished on Sunday. I found it quite hard going and then I forgot to fill it in for a couple days and had to catch up! Back into the routine though and it's easy once you get the hang of it! How does it work once you send it away? Do they send a new kne when they know you are goign to be due one or do you only get one every so often?

Thanks for your reply, Jo, you send it off and receive your £15 capital bonds vouchers with an A4 list of all the places you can spend them, and believe me, there are alot!! This arrives about 2 weeks on average after the day you post your diary, and then you get a new diary every quarter....then a bonus payment of £15 vouchers when you complete your fourth diary of the year, making £75 incentive in total. That is pretty good for what you have to do but some people do find it easier than others, and lots find it a bit fiddly but it is quite straightforward once you have done a few, I find.
