Surveyhead

I have been doing surveys with Surveyhead but can't seem to hit the $25 payout. I have plenty of money pending, but since getting to only needing £2.30 to payout none of my payments seem to clear. My pending amounts used to clear really quickly but now they just don't seem to shift. Anyone else have experience like this or have people had payouts?

Jo my advice with this company is, once you get your payment close your account. Not only do you have to wait months for you to be credited for surveys, the wait for redemption is months also. On top of all that you will see payment pending on some surveys, in my case 5 months, that they never seem to pay you for.
Sending them an email is a total waste of time as they do not reply. Get your money and run.

Yes Jo, I have had a payout from them and am a short way off of my next one. But I'm not getting as many surveys from them at the moment, so wonder if they are facing problems?

Yes, Jo, I have had a payout or two from them and you do have to wait awhile but it is simply because they are such a massive American-based company and do take ages. The Americans, also, are far greater sticklers for survey "authenticity" than the British, and therefore they do more survey checks and verification before they feel they can turn a "pending" survey into a "cleared" funds survey....I think that is the real explanation of why they take so long. I seem to be taking a while to build up to my next pay-out but it is really my own fault as I tend to sideline their surveys because they take quite awhile, one tends to do the easier ones first, it's a bit like exams, though, isn't it? You put off your study until the last minute.....of course, then you pass with flying colours, LOL!!!

So with all those comments, pack them in once you get your money.
Palm Research has these problems and I packed in them as well. Dont spend your time on little surveys that take forever, but take longer to be paid for. DONT DO THEM.

It all depends on why you do surveys in the first place and if you are happy to have them "running in the background" keep it up, if not, take George's advice and move on to greener pastures.
