And I bet when she comes back she wont be in touch. Maybe watchdog or tv press might hurry things along.Am feeling I have been conned here. Will go to survey police and see what they say. Will let you guyd know if I get anywhere.

Carole, sorry, you have the wrong end of the stick. YSP are well known for their excellent customer services and always prompt payment but what can you do if someone is on holiday - just be patient and an answer will be forthcoming.

Carole, we all want payment as soon as we can, afterall you deserve the reward if you have earned it. I think if you contacted Watchdog or TV press you may not get the answer you think you will get.
Recently we had panelists demanding money via PayPal on this site and Kay informed us all that there was a problem with PayPal and that they were not recognising there account in order to pay us, yet some panelists assumed it was a con. Low and behold there is a news item on tv and radio, PayPal had been hacked into and was causing problems with many accounts and payments. I personally had problems getting paid from 3 other survey sites as my chosen option for payment was PayPal. During this period Kay offered to change peoples payment methods to vouchers, to which many panelists did do, just so they could be paid. Kay does her best by all of us and is extremely fair.
However, Kay is on holiday. When did you click over to payment allowed, was it in the past two weeks? If so, how is Kay supposed to know this as she is not at her desk. If she is back on monday, I bet she will set the wheels in motion for payment.
Out of curiosity, what is your line of work and what happens when you go on holiday. Who does your job. Kay works in a small company with a work force of about 8.

Very well said, George.....I applaud your honesty and loyalty. Kay does a fantastic job and one person looking after over 38,000 panelists is some ratio, I wonder how she does it? When I go on holiday I have no-one at all to do my job and come back to a mountainload of work!

It's rare to enjoy yourself, have a good time, a great chat and get paid for it....if we could only do it full-time, who would need to go out to work, eh, Mary?!

Great, where are you hiding, Kay? Come out, come out, wherever your are! I bet you are snowed under!! sorry about the temp, just wishful thinking - I wish I had one....I am off all next week and although you look forward to a holiday, it is with trepidation you get near the end and think aaargh!! I have to go back!

Apparently she's got through her mountain load of emails so everyone asking her a question should have had a response :)

Just a little note that while our parent company has lots of people working for it, YourSayPays is kept running by myself, Kay, Charlotte and our client manager Darren, so when one of us goes on holiday, things do tend to stop!

I'd like to say thank you to our excellent panellists who stepped in and made a comment above to help Kenny (not to mention showed a great deal of loyalty to our site).

Its wonderful that you guys offer each other help and advice, particularly when we are a little thin on the ground at YSP- your comments and camaradie keep the site ticking over.

I do agree, Ros, it was undeserved, and unfounded, just flying off the handle without having all the facts to hand.
