Just been on their site and enrolled as I am willing to try new sites to me. Registration was very quick and easy, got £1 for signing up. All looks straight forward so will give it a go and I will get back to you with my findings.
One thing I think would be very useful, is if we had a panel of site testers for such as this. A member mentions a site that none of us have heard of, then a YSP panel sign up and pass judgement on their findings of the site. Anybody up for this.

I've just joined and if the surveys are anything to go by i have already earned £8.85 NVL 3 a day @ £1.00 each and Populus live 4 a day @ £1.00 each also ssi surveys you can take 3 they all pay 0.85 each .I have also filled in the application for the writing jobs as I already make money writing product reviews on both Ciao and Dooyoo , Lets see how good they are , they look very promising .

I am George but I would need to have a list of sites people are already members of .I have about 30 survey sites at the moment .

I have been reading about these over the last few months on the Money Saving Expert forums. It seem that they are relatively new. At least 1 poster had recieved money into their paypal account. As for the writing test, it seems to be only available on a sporadic basis, so if anyone's interested in filling it in, they should probably do it sooner rather than later.

I aigned up to this site but I have a bit of an issue with it, and maybe I am missing something someone can help me with. I can't see any pending rewards section, and I don't seem to get any survey numbers to record what I have done?

At the moment the writing test isn't available , apparently they only open it up until all places are filled and when they get new sponsors reopen it .I am quite happy just taking the surveys until the writing test is re opened.
@Jo when you sign in on the right hand side of your home screen it should show you your account balance and totals earned .As for the survey numbers .I would advise you take screen captures on completion of the survey you have taken before clicking the link to take you back to the vivatic site , this way you can raise any payment queries with both vivatic and newvistalive.

George, I agree we need a list of "good" sites but also a list of "bad" sites which every one should be wary of.Also any new members should be made aware that any site who asks for money so that you can earn 100s of pound per week are totally scam and should be avoided at all costs, especialy your own costs.

John could not agree more with everything you say. This an area we could look into and have many of our panelists give feedback.
As I would like the YSP "Survey Watchdog Group" to be official, I will be asking Kay for her opinions and to see if we can get things underway and get members involved in this venture, as it is YSP panelists who will gain by this. @tracey - yeah I can see my balance, however it doesn't show pending awards. I have been keeping records as best i can, but when they credit your account there is nowhere to view what you have been credited for. Record keeping is impossible.

I just signed in today and it only shows what I have been credited , apparently they don't credit over the weekends .Can't find anywhere on the site that states which surveys have been taken so have compiled a new Vivatic folder which I will be adding screenshots of all completed surveys into .It's the only thing I can think of to ensure I receive payment , it may be that you need to be a member of the partner panels which luckily I already am .

Its a good start though for me £8. 85 earned since the 30th of last month and I've only visited the site twice.

Hi,I decided to join up myself after reading the comments here. Two surveys currently available are from Populus and Newvista. I'm already a member of these two panels and I am concerned that I may be filling in duplicate surveys. Surely these companies do not want the same person filling in the same survey twice?

they are both the same John .I am a member of NVL and Populus , and have just taken an NVL survey via Vivatic this morning which was credited instantly .If you are in any doubt about filling in the same survey twice I suggest you sign into NVL and populus before you take surveys on Vivatic , If there are available surveys on either they should show on your home page .The thing with NVL is it sends out a limited number of surveys to its members and the rest get shared with partner panels .I will continue to take surveys on all three sites .The reason they ask for your postcode and D.O.B is so they can screen survey takers , if this screening is working effectively then you shouldn't come up against the possibility of taking the same survey twice.

NVL and Populus also do daily surveys via the Mutualpoints website for which you get paid 75 points a time, and that is a great way to boost your Mutualpoints. There seems to be no crossover, however, as I am a member of both panels too.

i have used vivatic since feb this year and already about £90.00 and still counting it's a great site.

£90 Tracey, wow!! That is really great. Have you written anything yet or is it all just surveys? I have just joined yesterday and did two surveys and received £1.85 instantly then today another one for £1 so now I have £2.85 but I see the site as something pretty unique and different and it has great potential - does anyone know how long they have been going and how often they put up the writing tests? I am very interested in that side of things.

No i have only done survey's but it does take them about 2 weeks to put your money into your paypal account but well worth waiting for and they only take 20pence from your £10.00 i don't know how long they have been going either but still a great site to try.

Interesting, Tracey, I don't mind a two week wait, if you know you are getting cash, it is the best redemption option!! £40 is great too John, and I wonder how often the writing tests actually come up. Do you both make it a habit to visit the site every day for surveys or do you wait for email invitations?

I have made £4.70 in the last five days! I did a £1 one just a few minutes ago but it is not instantly showing on my account like the others...I wonder if there is a reason for that?

I,ve just done 2 surveys too LizzieAnne, and it isnt shown on my account either.I,ve made £8 in over a week, but I'll check in again later, maybe with luck it could be credited then

Mine have just been credited and I have also been able to redeem for the first time applied for redemption .They even give you the date the money will be transferred into your paypal account just now got an instant message telling me it would be in my account on the 25th .Don't know if anyone is aware but when you redeem £10 they take £0.20 pence so your payment is £9.80, and it looks like you have to redeem in £10 increments as my account was showing £16.80.

LizzieAnn if it was the NVL surveys that didn't show instantly I think it was because they were still running the survey on the NVL site , Both of the surveys I took for NVL were credited in the last half hour .

My 2 surveys are now showing on my account, and it was NVL that I had done Tracy,as you say they were probably still running on the site. Never thought of that!

Good to see that this site is working out ok.It is correct that they take off the 2% paypal fees and that payment is normally 2 weeks

sometimes the money dosn't show straight away when i finish a survey i refresh my page if my money is not there and most of the time that works or sometimes you just have to wait until the company have finished the surveys or you could try and see if your right date of birth is in they now and again change mine don't know why and yes i look on the site every day sometimes more than once they don't email you

I make it a point to sign into every survey site on a daily basis , they are so busy that they sometimes don't send invites to all of their members .I haven't had a single invite from Vivatic since joining , but I do sign in to the site every day , Thats how i've reached my first payment .Thanks John for this one its proving so far to be one of the better ones !

I agree, it is one of the better ones, and that is a great idea, signing in every day, I try to do that too....though there are a fair few to get round!! I have checked my account and discovered that they added in my 2 x £1 surveys and I now have £6.70 - can I reach £10 by tomorrow in order to qualify for my first payment though?

Great site. This the end of my first week with them and currently have £8. At this rate I could end up with extra £50 for my holidays.

I'm not usually into forums(fora) and don't belong to faceache or twitnose, or whatever these unsocial network sites are but I logged on to the YSP forum just a few weeks ago and got hooked.Everyone (almost everyone) helping one another by feeding back good and bad info.
Some one in YSP should give Richard some overtime so that he can set up the watchdog forum.
(Maybe he don't need the extra money)

I joined Vivatic when it was new and did several surveys, NONE of which credited. I emailed them about this and received no reply. So I ditched them as scam artists.

It seems they were just new and struggling with payment issues then, Tasha, I think that has changed....according to most people who have been regularly paid, anyway, Tasha. Why don't you give them a second chance?

Hi all new to this site. must say its very informative and very well laid out. ive been a member of vivatic for a while now and have just withdrawn my first payment for £29.40 so it should be in my account soon. I'm also with valued opinions and although i dont always qualify for the surveys (which can be annoying when you have done half of it) i have had 3 lots of tesco vouchers. £30 in total. They do take a while to get to you about 28 days but hey they are nice to spend.

I think the money is mostly coming for Newvistalive and Populus both of whom seem to be really booming sites and very good payers. I will say that I bet most of your income comes from those daily surveys and not from writing jobs, etc., they advertise - am I right?! I will also say that I feel that the writing jobs sound intriguingly enjoyable and may not be as frequent as the survey invitations...perhaps it could even be the case that they do not really exist....can anyone verify that they have taken the writing test and been "approved" for writing jobs?! I am really interested. I consider myself no mean writer, not boasting or anything, but I would love to take part in these which presumably pay a little better too.

Yes Lizz,just NVL and Populus surveys for me as well. No sign of any writing jobs but I don't think I would be any good at them anyway. I'm not as articulate as you are.

Lizz, I don't know what you think about this but don't you find YSP forums are not very intuitive? I subscribe to a few other forums and it's standard practice if you reply to a topic it's moved to the top of the page. This way you can immediately see which threads are active.
I'm sure a few replies must go unanswered here because topics are close to the bottom of the page. What do you think?

The thing is, Terence, that Richard is working on improvements for the forums and he is getting there, but he is only one person....they are not intuitive at all in that sense, but are improving a little at a time, and he is working on all sorts of radical innovations we have asked him about in the past....perhaps if you were to start another thread with some ideas you might have for the forums he would add these into his list - he says there are not enough hours in the day right now for him to do all he has been asked to do - but see what you think. They have improved in the time I have been here, and the avatars are changeable which they did not used to be, smileys have appeared and an edit facility - they are all innovation - I do agree that it is a little difficult to find threads at times, but I just always check out all the dates - and I know some weeding has taken place, because things are a lot tidier than they were!

Thank you for the compliment too on my articulation - I feel just like a lorry now! LOL.

I recently read a review on Dooyoo regarding the Vivatic site , the reviewer stated that she had been a member for over six months and in all that time she had never seen the writing test let alone taken it .I think we will just have to settle with the surveys for a while , they do seem to be a relatively young site.Hopefully the writing tests will materialize and we can all make a few extra pennies when they do .

I think YSP moderators should all stand up and take a bow...they deserve more recognition for all the hard work they do behind the scenes...I used to think it was easy too but nope, it is very hard. Does anyone hold a carrot out to you Terence, when you get stubborn and don't want to go anywhere? Just wondered, you know, as I have a favourite charity I send used stamps to called Bransby Home of Rest for Horses and there is a wonderful donkey there called Nero that we adopted for Christmas last year....he looks quite like your little avatar!

Now ,though, they have moved the pay-out to £25.00 and I have £20 and some pence . Now since christmas I have found it impossible to reach any more !

Agreed.Used to be much better with redemption aat £10 and quick payout.Friday 1 or 2 surveys at £1 a go is my norm.

I agree, some of the sites, like Springboard, not only take ages to build up your money but don't know about you, I never get many surveys from them at all. In the past year I joined Shop and Scan. They send you a booklet and a very small scanner ( smaller than a mobile phone ). When you do your shopping, you scan who shopped, where you shopped and the bar codes of the items purchased. Then once a week you download the barcoads to Shop and Scan and if you want to you can scan your receipts as well. If you do both, you earn 1650 points a week and get entered in a draw. When you get 10,000 points you can redeem them for a £10 voucher. The mount up really quick and once redeemed take less than a week to arrive. Not bad payment for doing very little.

i use them quite a lot but my pay thresh hold is £25.00 i just missed on cashing out last month so i have to wait til the 30th april for my money but i don't mind because they are one of the good ones you can make money from.

i do the shop and scan to i really enjoy that one only been doing it since november and had £50.00 already now saving for christmas LOL.

Hiya Tracey, the shop and scan is great.....
after about 6/9 months down the line (and you don't miss any weeks) you'll be offered other things to do for them....
one of them is to send a free text to them if you eat out.... 1000 points a week extra...
and if you've got SKY 1000 points to tell them what you are watching on a certain time....
it certainly adds up (I'm getting about £20 a month)

That's an interesting point, Ruthie....the one thing people never mention who do surveys is the fact that if you show willing, you get offered lots and lots more!! have fun!!
