By: brigitte hurford Date: 31 Jul 2011 1:13 PM I joined this survey company and although they do state they are 'in partnership with a company called Rewarded Opinions .... it is impossible to get any response from them ...I have written requesting login/.password info (as mine strangely does not access my account ) |

LizzieAnn About me: I love surveys! You can't tell from reading any of my posts, though, can you?! I am a full time worker with two children and a full time house husband, are you jealous? Why I like surveys: They are fun, interesting and lucrative, not to mention the fact that they can lead to amazing things! By: LizzieAnnDate: 31 Jul 2011 2:17 PM Sadly, they seem to be one and the same company, brigitte, and are absolutely hopeless....I still get invitations and sometimes I do their surveys, but their customer service is non-existent. I think you may well have to draw a line on them. If you are with Rewarded Opinions already, you can just us the same information to log in but it does not seem to take you to a different account, sadly. George has a little more to say on this subject than myself, I think. Over to you George?
Tracey Harman By: Tracey HarmanDate: 01 Aug 2011 10:39 AM I have the same problem although I am a member of three of their sites rewarded opinions elite shopping forum and business opinions .I can't access either of the other accounts despite having all the right information .I still take their surveys and I am being credited as when the email invites come through I can see the raising balance .Each one has a different balance so the accounts aren't amalgamated .
006.5 By: 006.5Date: 01 Aug 2011 12:22 PM What you are experiencing, is what myself and many others have went through, no contact, not replying to emails, points not being added etc, etc etc. What I can not understand is how they are still going. They have to be the most unscrupulous survey company in the UK.
Tracey Harman By: Tracey HarmanDate: 05 Aug 2011 6:38 PM I have had three surveys through today from elite shopping forum rewarded opinions and business opinions .What I found ( which I have never seen before ) they are now adding a contact us link in the mail , if you click on it , it will take you through to the log in page of each of the sites ( depending on which mail you receive ) I have taken the opportunity to bookmark these pages so I have access to them in the future . As for the lack of replies to mails I have also found a telephone number to their support section its +44 ( 0207 936 6558 .So if you want to have a little rant at them they can't hide from the phone forever .:0)

By: LizzieAnnDate: 06 Aug 2011 1:00 PM Well spotted, Tracey, I had exactly the same thing today and found it very interesting. I really enjoyed the surveys too - did you get asked for your Tesco clubcard number in one of them? I think the shopping groups could prove to be very lucrative, if they are getting their act together, it might be worth persisting, what do you think?
Tracey Harman By: Tracey HarmanDate: 08 Aug 2011 9:57 AM I think they may be .Problem for me though I don't have my clubcard details..I only have a keyfob card and the numbers have been almost rubbed off because of the use.My on line card is a completely different number and i only know the last four digits ( because thats all it shows on my clubcard account online) I am going to reapply for the Tesco Home panel , They do some great things with product tests and voucher incentives .if you haven't tried them before give them a go .

By: LizzieAnnDate: 08 Aug 2011 8:38 PM Just phone the customer services number, Tracey, and ask them to reissue your clubcard, or give you the number - I think they can do this for you over the phone. I have been with the Tesco Home panel and tested some washing up liquid, but sadly I made a bit of a mess of the survey and was sort of shot down in flames, and never had another invitation from them! I am still officially with the panel, though, and may pop along and update my details to see if it triggers any activity on the account.
Tracey Harman By: Tracey HarmanDate: 19 Aug 2011 4:48 PM Here we go LizzieAnn have just completed a survey for the elite shopping site ( about juice drinks ) and have been given an invite to an online forum next monday .No details on incentives but hey it all adds up !

Tracey Harman By: Tracey HarmanDate: 21 Aug 2011 11:18 AM This one I presume will be about chilled fruit juices , that's what the initial survey was about , as they didn't indicate exactly what it's regarding I'm going on my presumption .
