I've been with these since 2007 still only on 80 points , although I was just 20 short of payout , when I moved I lost internet access for six weeks and they deleted all the points I had earned because I hadn't signed in .I think I've given up with these.

I have been with them for some time, also, but it is quite difficult to reach the redemption amount. I have nearly £10 but I don't seem to be able to reach £15 as the surveys are fairly thin on the ground. One tip, if you complete all your profiles regularly they pay you and it increases activity on the survey front if you complete them say, once every couple of months. I have proof positive that completing your profile generates extra surveys, EVEN WHEN THE PROFILE INFORMATION STAYS THE SAME, because it reminds them you exist and are still interested in their "product". They seem a fairly good company, so I would just hang in there and see how you get on. They are quite similar, I think, to Opinion Health, who you can slowly build up points with, but who pay you fairly quickly when you do reach redemption and quick payment, in my book, can't be bad!
