Did anyone else just receive this email? Will it mean that things are looking up for members of any/all of the above panels in terms of customer services? What do you think?

Hi

Thanks for remaining part of the Elite Shopping Forum panel. We wanted to give you an update of where we were with the surveys and questions that we have mentioned before.

Over the next few weeks, every single one of you will be invited to a very important survey. The purpose of this survey is to allocate each of you into different shopper groups based on your attitudes and behaviours to grocery shopping.

There are no right or wrong answers to this survey, so please answer the questions honestly.

Once you have been allocated to one of these shopper groups, we will be better able to send you the surveys that are more relevant to you. Therefore you will be invited to more surveys and have the ability to earn more reward points. It is important to say that all shopper groups will receive surveys, so no matter which group you are allocated to, you still have the ability to earn points.

Thanks for your time and thanks again for being a member of the Elite Shopping Forum.....

We will have to wait and see what happens.....I wonder which groups we will be allocated to and will it result in more surveys being sent to us and will we earn more reward points....and will we get paid??

Great work, Tracey, you have to be a bit of a Sherlock Holmes sometimes in the survey lark, don't you?! Or rather, Miss Marple?!

Incidentally, Jason, you mentioned in another thread about the ID Factor. Once Rewarded Opinions were called Home of Research a while ago when I first joined, and they were run by a company called the ID Factor. I took part in a forum about insurance for which I was paid £20 and the cheque arrived from the ID Factor. I have the following information on the redemption letter I received along with my cheque -

The ID Factor
John Carpenter House
John Carpenter Street
London
EC4Y 0AN

tel - 020 7936 6550
fax - 020 7936 6651
email - enquiries@theidfactor.com

I hope this is of some help - I only just found it! It is very useful to keep a file with useful information in it, and wherever possible, when I have a redemption from a company, I keep the letter which came with the cheque or voucher (if it is a postal redemption not an electronic one) and then I can help others with it. I also have a name, Paul Dixon, if that helps.
