I think their customer services are very good and perhaps I should be keeping this information for our Watchdogs but I wanted to let you know that they are currently upgrading their site and will have a brand, spanking, new site around 9th August. Their surveys are really easy to take too and the rewards are pretty generous. |

By: LizzieAnnDate: 05 Aug 2011 5:34 PM Good luck, John, I have had a few very fast redemptions from them in the past - they used to have a catalogue of redemptions like Zoom Panel, but now have £25 Amazon when you reach 2500 points and I am about halfway there. It does take awhile, but surveys are mostly worth 100 points each. | |

By: LizzieAnnDate: 06 Aug 2011 12:56 PM I think with Zoompanel, your best option is to go for a Globogift certificate which is almost an instant delivery - I have never ordered anything which had to come by post from them, so I can't comment on that, Tracey, but doesn't it bug you when you spend ages getting to a redemption level then have to wait ages again before they reward you?! | |
