Since they changed, it is not recognising my log in or email. Anyone else having this issue?

I just tried and I am having the same problem Jo.

IMPORTANT: All login credentials have changed as of August 4, 2011. If this is your first time visiting the site since August 4:
Please use the e-mail address where you receive surveys as your username.
Your password has been re-set. Click here to have your new password sent to your e-mail address

If you have already successfully accessed your account and are returning to the site, please enter your email address and password to login.

oops sorry got sidetracked .Go to the addy LizzieAnn has given put in your email addy and click on forgot password , mine got sent through in seconds .

Sorry, I signed off last night and went to bed....five minutes after turning out the light, I realized I had not posted the bit about changing your password....oops! See how I worry about you guys??! ;-)

Yes, just click on forgot password and they send you another instantly - what do you think of the new rewards?

I too had to reset my password and once in, i looked at the rewards and saw the new lower Amazon reward but still no reinstatement of Paypal.

It doesn't recognise my e-mail address!

Suggest you try contacting them to sort it out.

To be honest LizzieAnn I think i will choose to wait for the £25 amazon voucher its not that many more points , you would have to take twice as many surveys to reach the extra £10 2500 points vs 1600 ...

I thought you might like the above email, which I got in reply to my email to them regarding reward suggestions. Worth keeping an eye on as they may soon be among the movers and shakers of surveyland!!

@Tracey - yeah I read the information on the web site. The problem is when I try and get a new password it does not recognise my email. Emailed them a few days ago but no response!

Are you sure, Jo, that when you signed up you used your current email? You haven't changed your email address recently, no?

There must be a problem with some log ins with Harris, here is my reply from them:

Have you managed to do as they suggested, Jo? And did that fix the problem or not? I remember when Panelbase launched their new website you had to have an upgraded web browser to get into their site....maybe the browser you are using makes a difference - George, or anyone else technical, what is your view on this?

Hope evrybody is ok now i had problems for awhile as i could login but then the screen would go white thenks for all the tips =)
