Have you noticed?

...that the new Harrispollonline site is live? They have some new rewards, admittedly most of them are charity donations with a nice little one available to the RSPCA, which Ros might be interested in, but the nice thing is now that you can get a £10 Amazon voucher for just 1600 points (with each survey being worth about 100 points it doesn't take long to get there - I am at 1395 at present) and the usual 2500 points for a £25 Amazon voucher. I was delighted to see this and wrote to them also to see if they would do a Paypal option as they used to do. Will let you know the answer.

The site address is -

To be honest LizzieAnn I think i will choose to wait for the £25 amazon voucher its not that many more points , you would have to take twice as many surveys to reach the extra £10 2500 points vs 1600 ...

@Tracey - yeah I read the information on the web site. The problem is when I try and get a new password it does not recognise my email. Emailed them a few days ago but no response!

Are you sure, Jo, that when you signed up you used your current email? You haven't changed your email address recently, no?

There must be a problem with some log ins with Harris, here is my reply from them:

Thank you for contacting us and bringing this to our attention. Please accept our apologies for the difficulty you experienced while attempting to log in to our new rewards center. We are diligently working to correct the login issue. Please visit the rewards site and re-request your password in 2-3 days, and let us know if you are still having difficulty at that time.
Sincerely,
Survey Helpdesk

Have you managed to do as they suggested, Jo? And did that fix the problem or not? I remember when Panelbase launched their new website you had to have an upgraded web browser to get into their site....maybe the browser you are using makes a difference - George, or anyone else technical, what is your view on this?
