The paper vouchers usually take 6 weeks to come through , slightly disappointing when if you redeem for an amazon voucher it comes through in seconds , but their surveys are always regular .My husband is a member as well , last year he took part in a 39 week drinking diary finally got his £30.00 payment last month .They are a good company and one I would recommend . Don't know if you are aware but they have removed the refer a friend , I did ask them about this and was told the facility had been removed because members were abusing it ? not sure how you could abuse something like that ?

I wondered about that, Tracey, but I have never referred a friend before. Pureprofile are currently "revamping" their refer a friend facility which apparently they have been doing for months now....I wonder what the new improved version will look like?! I like Valued Opinions and have been with them for years, even done a product test for them, and I love the instant Amazon you get.

I like them too , Last year I was invited via VO email to join Promise communities , I have joined the Sony Music Backstage community , The Ceser Advisory Board community and a few more , Best thing about these is I get paid twice , once for joining via the VO mail usually £1.00 and then by the communities themselves , last month on the ceser community I was made a featured advisor which gave me a £10 amazon voucher then I got a monthly reward voucher for £5.00 and another Ad Hoc £5.00 voucher , so last month alone £20.00 in amazon vouchers from the one community .

I am with Promise (the Prudential community) and with Standard Life community and also the Upfordiscussion one for the Co-operative, and you are right, Tracey, it is great how your rewards mount up....are you with Talking Food? They often have little forums which run prize draws for, say, 10 x £5 Amazon vouchers and I have won a few this way. I have never heard of the Cesar community....but I do remember being asked to join a Kleenex Communispace one and I was told as I was a member of another Communispace community I couldn't join that one. It is obviously not the same for Promise, though. I like the getting paid twice, too. I was asked to join through Survey Downline and got paid $1.75 to join, too.

Oh, I see, I thought it was about Romans!! I remember years ago I used to get mailings from them, and also from Sheba cat food, and I have a cat and I don't feed him Sheba cat food either!! Also Whiskas, which I don't feed him....odd, isn't it? I love your dog and well done on rescuing them, that is so good....they are so tiny...is it true that they have the biggest bark in the world?

Have changed my pic so you can see both of them ,They have such different personalities , Mocha the Dark short hair has a major personality disorder , she is a Chihuahua that truly believes she is a Rottweiler , my hubby took her out for a walk and came home laughing , when I asked why he said , some guy was getting out of his car and Mocha went crazy barking the bloke obviously thought it was a Huge dog til he looked and saw what was making the noise he went very red coughed loudly slammed the car door and drove off ! ( have to say she doesn't have a Yap ) Truffles the long hair on the other hand does but shes weird as she only barks when she wants a treat .They make me laugh everynight Truffles sits in her bed in our living room and watches come dine with me , I really mean Watch ! if its not on she snorts till one of us changes the channel .They both love watching the TV , they are the Loyalist breed I have ever owned and they make Fantastic guard dogs .

They are such little sweetie-pies, Tracey, thank you for sharing!! I think they are lovely...very different looking too....and I think having pets is about love and destressing....my little cat helps me with both too!! My cat loves to sit on my pillow and paw my hair if I don't get up early enough to feed him.....why should I sleep while he is hungry?! he seems to say!

Absolutely fantastic....before they sent them to you via email, John, and before they revamped the site, the Amazon code used to pop up onscreen as soon as you redeemed your £10 - that was instant!! The best yet as far as waiting time is concerned, as there is none! I wonder if that isn't one of the most important criteria of all, how long you have to wait to be rewarded? What do you think?

If it was LizzieAnn then Toluna would be right at the bottom of the list .My last voucher took 18 weeks to come through .

I usually order Tesco cards and they always arrive within 10-14 days. But recently I've had problems with soem surveys being credited - two surveys doen in may didn't credit until August, one of them not until a couple of days ago after I complained for teh fourth time and thsi time mentioned the MRS and ESOMAR codes of conduct with reference to fair and honest treatment of respondents - the VO FAQ says that soem surveys may take up to 4 weeks to credit. I still have a survey from mid-June outstanding, and two from July now at 5 weeks.
I find VO's own surveys very fair, but recently they've been running quite a few partber surveys which are "duds" (late screen-outs) and VO don't seem to have any idea of the normal decent response. Most sites pay you if you send them screenshots showing you were well into a survey when screened, but VO just respond that you were screened, which you know already!

I didn't know that about Tesco cards, that is quite quick, Tracey, I always ask for Amazon as they are instant.

I don't agree, however, that most companies pay you if you send them screenshots showing you were well into a survey when screened, but I agree it is worth a try asking if they will honour the incentive offered because of your time and effort, but usually if you are screened out there is either a quality control reason or they have suddenly hit that magic amount of completes they need and you are one over that, say 1000, complete figure! It is frustrating when you get a long way in, I know and I do what you do and ask, but they do not always honour that.

Agree with LizzieAnn that even if you have proof you completed a survey, that they will actually honour it.
I have just completed the first questionaire for the next diary survey about drinks with valued opinions. It is the second one I have recently completed and often wondered if they would pay out at its completion. Glad to say that in recent weeks they have and the reward has gone towards my Kindle which I am saving al my rewards for, hopefully to get nearer Christmas.

I quite agree.....give me a paper book any day.....I love the smell of a good book....especially an older one, made of special paper....not modern ones made from recycled paper.....am I alone in this?!
