I enjoyed the telephone surveys I have taken part in the past for YSP, they are very professionally conducted and great fun. Glad you did too, Spider. Haven't had a call yet, but maybe soon...

And enjoy your first focus group, Eddie, I have done a good few over the years, and they are a very interesting and edifying experience. £60 is a great incentive too, who are you doing this for? I have one coming up soon, too.

Michelle I've sent you an email about the non payment for a survey taken in May- if you can get back to me with any info you can about i'll look into for you and check that you should have been paid.

My problem with the telephone survey was sorted very quickly thanks to Kay. Thank you for taking care of us. I am very pleased.

I enjoyed that survey too ! telephone surveys are ok as long as you can actually speak , must admit my hubby kept laughing , 1 , 5 , 5 yes, no , yes ....Arghhhh

Have you ever thought of buying a 3 phone the ZTE100 is only £29.99 and its got skype on it , so the calls are generally free if you use it for contacting friends and family , also comes with messenger .Its not a flash phone but it does the job !

Don't think YSP have ever offered focus groups, have they? Only telephone surveys, I think. But who knows what the future holds?
