Just had an email from them to say that their next points redemption campaign will take place at the end of September so if you have reached 1600 points, you can redeem them. Now what is interesting about this is that we were recently discussing how much this company seemed to have gone downhill in the last year or so, and I said I had not been credited for at least two surveys I did. After two emails to customer services and no reply, this email is telling me also that there had been some technical problems with surveys and that all my missing points would be credited to my account in the next couple of days in time for me to benefit from the points redemption campaign which is great because I must have nearly enough....but what is frustrating is that if I don't have enough I will have to hang fire until their next points redmeption campaign takes place....who knows when?! I wonder if anyone else might like to log in and check their account to see if they have had any errant points added recently? Then I will have some hope!!

I have been with them for some time and I have 0 points. Never had one survey from them!

Nope nothing ! I know I have taken over ten surveys with them .Haven't been credited for anything since joining .

Well, look out Tracey, apparently they are about to credit you....if you have kept notes or contacted customer services and had no reply, apparently they are about to rectify that oversight.....shall we see? I will believe it when I see it - but what is unusual is that they used to be really reliable in the past and always answered emails and credited points very quickly - how long did you say you had been with them for Tracey?

I've been with them since January 08 .Blimey didn't realize it was that long ! here's hoping they start honouring their promises .
