Now look here LizzieAne. There is an eye, an ear, and a mouth. What more do you want. As she is asleep her eye is closed. Ruby is a modest little lady, and would not dream of exposing her bosom, with or without a kitten embedded therein. She is lying between her two sisters, so the surrounding detail is their luxuriant bodies. That is all I am prepared to give away. Perhaps someone will be able to add more detail.

Well done Tracey but not a baby, a full grown young lady. There are actually 3 sisters, lying asleep in the sun together, quite unusual. I had originally sent the whole picture, but in the small size it was hard to see what was what. Of course, Aardvarks are ant or termite eaters, so you are right on both counts.
