Sorry i did read the other comments about this sight and trying to redeem your money through pay pal, but i have been trying all weekend to claim my points, it just keeps saying "sorry, we are unable to process your claim" I am going to write them a horrible e-mail and complain.

I just went through their questions and answers and it seems you actually have to have 1000 points to redeem into pay pal?? On the sign up page it states you can cash in at 50 points?? Im confused!! I have e-mailed them anyway.

Redemption when I joined was £2.50 but passord problems meant I got nowhere and had t ditch the site as being a complete waste.

You need 50 points for minimum redemption of £2.50, Serena, and it says this on the home page. You can claim your points when you reach that as I did at the weekend, after only one 45 min/50 points survey. I hope you get a reply from customer services, but don't expect one any time soon as they are very inundated with their new site glitches...I think it will even itself out soon, you know, just teething troubles.

I gave up on this site months ago. In my opinion, not worth the bother.

I think they have sorted it out now .I did a survey for them yesterday and it paid 50 points ( only had three questions ?) anyway I redeemed straight away with no problems at all .I have noticed that the new site now incorporates a survey link on your home page , which directs you to the SSI surveys .This could prove to be lucrative . ( I had the same problem as you , did you try to redeem straight after taking a survey ? I did and it wouldn't work , but after I signed out and then signed back into the site it went through with no problems )

I have just redeemed 50 points £2-50 from this outfit. It transferred in seconds to PayPal, but it took me ages to eventually get logged into Opinion Outpost, as they could not recognise my password, and the ones they sent me did not work. But I got my money, so no complaints on that front.

Elaborate, Tracey....what do you mean? Like a few others, including you Baggy, I have had trouble signing in.....I have noticed that there are quite a few available surveys on the site itself, so sitting around and waiting for a survey invitation may not be a good idea....I am off to try again!

If you try to redeem payment straight after taking a survey you will always get an error code , however if you bring up a new window and sign into your O O account you have no problems at all with redemptions. Beware with some of the surveys onsite LizzieAnn check that they have points attached to them , I took a 25 minute survey earlier today and at the end of it it told me I had an entry into a prize draw instead of points for completion .

I haven't joined the site, but my friend had her membership terminated without warning, and still doesn't know what she did wrong. E-mails aren't answered so I dont think I'll bother joining after that! She had been with them quite a few months, but the site sounds a bit dodgy to me.

Has anyone been able to log in using google chrome? I thought I might download it and see if I could....can anyone give me a link please?

Baggy

Yes, I have LizzieAnn. I use Google Chrome but you must make sure you log in to OpinionOutpostUK or you get the US one, and it is not the same password or log in info. I battled with this for days, until I figured it out. BUT.... They paid my £2-50 OK and then said in a mail that they would not pay, me unless I had a verified PayPal account. I have just that, so I mailed them back, and the money is still in my account. It appears they have redesigned their site and I think they are in a complete muddle.

Oh, that might explain it, Baggy....I seem to remember I got a home page with a girl in a cowboy hat, which could well be the American site...off to check it out, thanks!
