They always used to be really good, John, it is only recently they have been slower, but I feel they may be taking on board some of our comments, or maybe there is a secret IPSOS spy on YSP we know nothing about reporting back to them??!! Watching me, watching you....

yeah same here my last voucher took about 6 weeks to get here, that was just before Christmas last year. I ordered one last week and i came within 4 days was very surprised and impressed

Is anyone else a member of their Clubhouse ? ( surveys on sport once a month and virtual football scores )

I am a member of the Clubhouse - interquest - but I didn't know they were anything to do with IPSOS....you get 1 point for every survey even if you watch no sport at all, which I don't! and after 5 points = 1 £5 Amazon voucher but they are only sent out once a quarter....have you qualified in this quarter yet, Tracey? I have 6 points and was told I would have my voucher by 7 September no voucher, so I looked at the site again yesterday and discovered it said those who qualified by 7 September could expect their voucher shortly....I wonder how shortly?

i'm still waiting from cubhouse for my voucher grrr!

I am currently on 9 points , the last voucher I should have received in July .They told me they had sent it , when I wrote back saying I hadn't got it , and yes I had whitelisted them , I got a different reply , they hadn't sent it at all ( some kind of voucher delivery problem ), but I would receive it in the next round of vouchers due in September .I did write to them again because originally the date for September vouchers was the 6th , then they changed it to the 7th and now it looks like everyone is waiting .I thought Ipsos were more organised that that !

When it is only quarterly, Tracey, I think they are a little less organized! You can imagine that they have many more to send out in a quarter than per month! I am not defending them, but although it takes awhile, I have always found them reliable to deal with.

I hadn't had any problems with them myself till June , it was the tone of the first mail that annoyed me , basically they were accusing me of receiving the voucher and trying to get another one out of them , only after they checked and I waited a further two weeks did they admit it hadn't been sent , and not even an apology .

The same thing happened to me with a food diary I did once and they only sent me £5 capital bonds voucher instead of £15 and they basically accused me of making up the fact that the £10 one was not in the envelope and trying to get another one out of them, saying that all the outgoing vouchers were carefully checked before being sent...but who is to say that there was not a dishonest envelope-stuffer? I did get a replacement voucher from them however.
