Thats very unusual as normally they are added instantly, unless, it says so at the end. You are waiting until it comes up on screen to press submit button at end of survey?

Sometimes they are partner surveys, Terence, so don't be shy about sending them an email - their customer services are pretty good....even if they sometimes take a while...

I've had no problems with them.Amounts added quickly and redemption at £4.

Recently the only problem I've had with them is the survey quota being full and sometimes the survey has just come in when I click on!Other than that their customer service as Lizzieanne quite rightly says is good. Payment has always been prompt with me though

I got all excited reading about this (apparently new)site, dived in to join up and, Freeze!!- I think they must be having a few technical difficulties. Its odd though, there appears to be nowhere to let them know on the sign up page (unless im blind?) I will try again tomorrow.

I had this once on the site Serena,however I left it to next day,and like you, I got in no problem. I do know they had teething problems with paypal at the time I tried to log in, maybe it was something to do with that.

The thing is, you can be a member of lots of Cint sites, as they have Crowdology, Triaba Panel, Honest Rewards, etc., etc., and you have to chose a different username and password or you can't get into your separate account...I believe Response Panel is also related. You need to make sure you chose differernt information for each one, or they will tell you that you are already a member....it is tricky!! The great thing about all the Cint panels (except Response Panel) is that you can redeem at a really low threshold of only £4.00 and straight to Paypal which is so quick and easy and great if you need to nip along to ebay to buy something in a hurry!!
