do you count your calories?

If calories are an issue, store your chocolate on top of the fridge. Calories are afraid of heights, and they will jump out of the chocolate to protect themselves.

as a point of interest chocolate manufacturers recommend that you eat their products at room temperature.
counting calories is not a problem, not eating them is!!

I count my calories and I also eat them, they are extremely fattening.

With my various medical conditions I have to make sure that I continue to eat healthly these days so do not constantly count them but make sure that I have a healthy varied diet with fibre, fresh fruit and vegetables and pasta along with other products including some meat and fish.

Just tried tuna steaks from ASDA this week and was pleased with them.
