There aint many surveys on Ysp but im sure once they get some more buisness they will turn out to be a great site.They have excellelent customer service and i feel that they actually look at what its members are saying.I would hang in there i think before they will take off and you will see a lot more surveys,hopefully.

Hi Yolanda, I'm sorry you feel frustrated with the lack of surveys at the moment! We pay on the survey depending on how long they are. At the moment as they are all short so they are only worth 10p but longer ones will be worth 25p and 50p in some cases.
Please stick around, we'll always be getting new surveys in and in November we will be running the UKCSI surveys (worth 50p each) so that is a great way to top up your balance.

I'm at !5 plus just by doing simple short surveys.it builds up, causes me no bother and is worth keeping.The forums, if you look further into them, contain a lot of info relating to good and bad sites.We have some chit chat fun also, but we all need a bit of fun in this crazy world we live in.

Yolanda hang in there ! I joined 10 months ago and am coming up fast to my first payment. The payments may be smaller but this site and the forums have more information about the good bad and downright ugly survey companies than you could find almost anywhere else on the net. Since becoming a member and actually reading through the forums I have joined other sites that are more lucrative ( but far more impersonal ) , none the less I will always return to YSP because of the community aspect the forums give us .As for weird conversations you should join in , most of them make a lot of sense , a good sense of humour helps too give YSP a chance I have and I'm glad I did

I have just redeemed for the third time this year so I cannot agree with you Yolanda....I used to feel that perhaps YSP did not have so much to offer but then they offered me the chance to become a Customer Service Champion, I accepted, and I have never looked back. I find the forums enlightening, exciting and interesting, and get far fewer surveys done on other sites because I spend so much time on these forums! Without any false modesty, I would also suggest you look at our help and advice section and read through the survey taking for beginners articles wot I wrote which will give you a good insight on how to gradually build up your "portfolio" of paying survey sites...I make approximately £1200 per year, and I know Tracey (above) does even better than that! Do not be discouraged, we are a great bunch and some of the daft conversations we have are well worth joining in....if we were all sane and sensible what an awfully uninteresting world it would be!!!

I'm not in the same league as Lizzie or Tracey but have just completed my first year of survey taking and am at approximately £550. Some original sites I have deleted but others brought in fairly recently.If Yolanda wants a top ten sites to begin with then the forum is the place to ask.If you want to quit the day job, surveys are not the answer.

I managed to redeem recently and I only joined in March? or April? I cannot remember, it is an age thing. There is a gradual build up and YSP are very fair, to the point of generosity. Any problems are dealt with at once, and properly. Hey Kay, how about putting up my new Avatar, I am fed up with being an Aardvark.

I love this site, i have now joined loads of survey sites and spend a lot of time during the day going through them all and taking surveys, i love the feeling i am doing something worthwhile, and getting paid for it. I see this sight as chill-out site, having a chat and finding out about other interesting sites/forums, not a high paid site, i enjoy that i can earn a little while enjoying being involved with everyone on here and nothing more. When I get the chance, actually, Tracey, I am in a highly stressful job and feel it is my DUTY to have some YSP time during my working day to keep me sane and stress-free!!

Well I have only recently become much more active on this website due to the friendlyness of its members and the chance to share survey taking experiences and realise that others feel the same way on some things.

At least on here you do get paid in points that are worth something and you can see some reward for the time you put in.

The surveys with prize draws really frustrate me as you end up doing lots of work for rarely any useful rewards.

I think some survey companies deliberatly offer prize draws so that they can keep the profits for themselves from the company or brand who request the survey and the company ends up getting answers with the panellists getting virtually nothing out of it.

That's why I like companies like Pureprofile , you still get paid even if you get screened out , might only be 5p but in these times every penny counts

Hi everyone, I'm new here, but what I like about this site is the forum; most of the other survey sites feel very impersonal, but here you can have a bit of chat chat, and find out other useful things about surveys/survey companies in general. People here seem to trust YSP and that's a very good thing. If you were go join, say, Toluna, you wouldn't get that same feeling of trust - the members there all complain about Toluna taking so long to pay up/playing unfairly. So, I'm looking forward to spending some time in this forum and making some new friends!
