Tracey, I am struggling, here. After more than six weeks and a few emails, I still have no £50 Amazon voucher from my Surveyfriends win. I received an email on Monday 19th to tell me that they were sorry and would send my voucher out today (19th) and when it did not arrive I emailed today to be told that all vouchers were sent out by post?! I ordered a £50 Amazon voucher.....so I emailed back to say that I thought it was a code that was sent and please could they clarify....what happened with your win, did you chose an Amazon and if so, did it come by post? I am concerned.

Yes Lizzie it is confusing and unfortunately they do send a voucher , its absolutely huge too ! a folded piece of laminated paper with your code on .Very wasteful considering it would be better and simpler just for them to send out an e code.It will probably take up to another week to come through because if I remember correctly mine was sent via second class mail .

Ho Ho!! Shy? What have two good looking birds got to be shy about?
Lots of love from Baggy, now that Simba is not in the country to cause trouble.

Cat in a million, Baggy! Lovely to see you in a different pose, now your rival has gone off....kicking the cat ear has always been a pet laugh of mine, imagine having to kick your ear to scratch it, ouch!!

Tracey, great news, got my 2 x £25 Amazon gift CARDS in the post just a few minutes ago.....never had a gift card before from Amazon - you just scratch off the panel for the code...well, you live and learn, but I have to say I thought the envelope was written by a 10 year old child and there was no A4 laminated sheet, maybe they changed their methods....got an email also to say that they sent all vouchers by post to avoid fraud!

Haha well you live and learn ..am slightly confused as to how them being sent in the post avoids fraud ? maybe they have had had problems before , but I don't think so as the way they send amazon vouchers doesn't appear to have ever been via e-code.Was it sent registered mail ?
