Question about Global Test market
By: Tracey Harman

I know many of you are members of GTM so thought I'd ask for a bit of advice as I haven't been with them long .Today I took a survey for 35 market points , at 80% through it asked if I would carry on for an extra 2000 market points and I did , but when the end page came up it said I had been awarded the original 35 points ? Bit confused , will I get these extra points ? how does it work ?

I have also written to support asking but hoped someone from here would be able to enlighten me :D

Nope, sorry, Tracey, but I do believe someone on here has said that whilst taking a survey with GTM, they were "pulled out of it" to do another survey with a "higher priority" for them to complete....not too sure about that one, though, either, as it has never happened to me and if it really was 2000 points, it might have been an idea to have got a screen shot at the time....sadly you can say that with hindsight, but at the time you don't think of it. I seem to have gone nuts with regards to screen shots, and forgotten how to do them, can anyone help me with that please?

Sorry I can't be of any help, but if it is any help at all to you, 2000 points is an impossible amount of points to award for just one survey as that is 2 x redemptions of 1000 points each...1000 being the minimum redemption of $50....it seems unlikely it was 2000 and possible it may have been intended to have been an extra 20 or an extra 200 (which is even too much for them to offer) but if I may ask, Tracey, was it a very specialist sort of survey and did it mention follow-up?

WAS IT FOR THE CAT/DOG SURVEY, AS I HAVE TO CONTINUE THAT TOMORROW, BUT DONT THINK I WAS OFFERED 2000 POINTS?

I have been with GTM for over 2 years now and I have never been invited to take part in a survey paying 2000 points before. I hope you do get the points though... it will be interesting to hear how you got on.

i did get 1000 points once but they made a mistake [so they said] and prompty removed them , maybe it was a typing error for you and it should have been 20 points?

I've been with this site for a very long time and never had a 2,000 point survey - good luck with that and let us know the outcome.

It was for a computer and technology manufacturer , the survey took just under 45 minutes to complete .I have queried it with GTM am just waiting for them to get back in touch .It definitely said 2000 points .No mention of a follow up though .
