They are improving, though, honestly, Marco, do phone them....speaking to them means that you can actually tell them exactly what you think and be honest and demand your rights politely of course.

I've been waiting for 5 weeks for my Paypal redemption , so I'll give them till next week then start emailing .Not really had any problems with them before .

Btw Lizzie they got back to me about the business opinions and elite shopping forum sign ins , for some reason they all had different passwords , but its sorted now , only need another 100 points to cash out on both BO and ESF .

I got an email Tracey to say that they would add on my missing points I had emailed them about but I can't find a copy of any email I sent them about this (and I always keep copies) and I do not see any points added on. Yes, that is right, they do all have different passwords in my world.....I have three different accounts I think....now you have got me thinking!!

I had to use different usernames as well Lizzie that's why I couldn't check my balances , so many survey companies if its not my own name I get confused ..lol

I have to say I am easily confused too, but they never sorted out my points problem....and incidentally, neither have Knots Club and they said they would add the missing points and have a points redemption campaign at the end of September....ho hum!!
