By: crusty Date: 30 Sep 2011 8:15 PM I like others do not trust Toluna so when I finally complete a survey, I check to see if it has registered and take a note of the number and date. Over the past week I know I have not completed any but a few days ago they payed out on past surveys and there was one that I had no number for!! I have cheked the points page and there is a survey for yesterday marked open and I didn't do any surveys that day.Should i own up or keep taking the points?? |

LizzieAnn About me: I love surveys! You can't tell from reading any of my posts, though, can you?! I am a full time worker with two children and a full time house husband, are you jealous? Why I like surveys: They are fun, interesting and lucrative, not to mention the fact that they can lead to amazing things! By: LizzieAnnDate: 30 Sep 2011 8:30 PM There is a new page on the Toluna site called Quick Surveys and you can click on this, and you get between 15 and 75 points for just answering polls...but these can lead to full fledged surveys and they will tell you so, and you will get a reference number, amount of time it should take you to complete them, and the amount of points you should be credited for. I have done a few this way and they do seem to get credited a little quicker than the ones they send you out email invitations for. It is a great idea to keep track, Keith, and I fully recommend it, however, survey sites are only human, and any errors are down to human error....if they find it, fair enough, but if not, then it is a bonus....however I do advise not to count on the bonus as towards your redemption figure, or you may be disappointed when they notice it and decide to take it back...alternatively, if you have enough to redeem, please do so immediately then you will have a redemption confirmation email and that will suffice.
Tracey Harman By: Tracey HarmanDate: 01 Oct 2011 11:02 AM I agree Lizzie , there could be a Toluna ulterior motive for extra credits too . They do seem to be slimming down the amount of people on site , this could be another cleaning ruse by them .Not saying it is but something to bear in mind .

By: LizzieAnnDate: 01 Oct 2011 2:05 PM Interesting idea, Tracey, it is possible...but isn't it the case that most panels seem to want to increase their panels not reduce them? Kay, what do you reckon to this, then?!
Baggy By: BaggyDate: 04 Oct 2011 7:35 PM I have been wary of Toluna but surprise, surprise vouchers I claimed on 29 Aug arrived today, so I have forgiven them. Perhaps they are just confused from time to time, so I will give them the benefit of the doubt.

By: LizzieAnnDate: 04 Oct 2011 9:52 PM It could be site senility I suppose...it does happen...if you don't believe me, check out Knots Club....they said they were having a points redemption campaign at the end of September which never happened, and they said they would resolve my missing points issue within a week four weeks ago and I am still waiting....what can I say...site senility!! It is also called giving a site the benefit of the doubt!!
