Hi Serena .I actually got the registration questionnaire through , after a lot of backwards and forwards with emails .I told them that if they didn't want me on their panel, I would appreciate them having the common courtesy of telling me instead of stringing me along ..wouldn't you know it , within half an hour of that mail I received registration questionnaires to all three email addresses I had given them .

Wow, thats bad that you actually had to get on to them! Well done for sorting it though, i will do the same and see if i get the same response.
