I get my cheque within 5 weeks every time.

It always takes me 6 weeks, which is works out a month and a half, by the time it get's here i'v forgotten all about it, It's a shame they dont use paypal!

My first one was about 5 to 6 weeks.Awaiting the second one now.

Agree checques are 20th Century-paypal should be the norm.

I just feel that sites taking this long to reward you for your time are a bit disrespectful, as they want your opinion there and then!! On the other hand hand a few sites i am with pay me within minuets/days, im sure most companies who pay these sites for surveys all pay the them quickly, so you ask yourself, why do they hold on to your reward for so long???

What a delightful picture you paint, Serena, being paid in MINUETS...they are dances, you know.....so you go along and exchange your points for a dance of the most wonderful type....LOL. Just me and my bad spelling bugbear again, sorry, couldn't resist it!! LOL

I usually find it takes about 8 weeks for payment. Only once did I receive my payment in 6 weeks. The other thing is, apart from being an american company, the cheques are sent from this country , so even if the americans are fussy over their checking of survey results, it can take an age to get to the 1000 points for redmeption, so payment should not take that long. To me four weeks is long enough to wait for any payment.

My cheque letter had a Canadian address. Good payment (around £35) when you get 1000 points. 7/10. Many surveys are long-winded though and you get a lot of sweepstakes surveys which I don't bother with.

It is interesting to note, though, that a few techy sort of surveys are starting to turn up and the last one I did had a 200 point value to it, although I was not paid instantly for it, within 30 days. I think that is more like it, not just 35 points per survey.

Glad i gave you a giggle Lizzie!! lol I am normally very good at spelling, and like you am a bit picky when i see bad spelling myself! However, i have trouble with only a few words which are busciut, minuet and a couple of others i cant think of at the moment, but out of all the words in the English language i think that is not bad, I have an NVQ 2 for business and administration! Sometimes you would not think so though LOL !

Sorry, Serena, I am a naughty girl, I don't mean to be picky, I have a 20 year old daughter who is so bad at spelling I just wash my hands of her....and I work with a woman who spells LENGHTS instead of LENGTHS ALL THE TIME...it drives me up the wall.....I really know sometimes it is down to typing errors though because everyone gets so excited and pleased being on this fantastic forum that their typing goes off with a bang and the words come out all mis-spelt!!

One thing to remember with Global Test Market is to take a look at the exchange rate before cashing in. Currently with the dollar pound exchange you are getting $1.50 to £1 so 1000 points = £33. The stronger the dollar the better the reward.

awaitng my fisrt check was expecting £25 so any thing more is a bonus

I think they actually convert your dollars to pounds just before they send out the cheque, so the exchange rate when you convert may not be the exchange rate when you receive your cheque finally....iyswim!! Unfortunately, I have been slightly done by this in the past because I had a lower amount when it arrived....but as you say anything over £25 is a bonus really, eddie.

I agree with the comments made --- It is amazing that GlobalTest still pay with cheques and it is ridiculous waiting for 6-8 weeks ....Why?
They should set up Paypaland then it would be really good....
